The unit was recently updated and looked really nice and was very clean. Check in and out was so easy. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for our 4 person family. The only draw back just as most places in Port A, the beach is a pretty good hike from the property. It's also very busy on the weekends. The property itself is very well kept.

Thank you for taking the time to share your wonderful experience! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the updated unit and found it clean and comfortable, just as we intended. It's fantastic to know that our check-in and check-out processes were seamless and that the kitchen met your family's needs perfectly.
We understand that the distance to the beach can be a bit of a trek and that weekends can bring a bit more bustle. However, we're thrilled that the well-kept property and other amenities made your stay enjoyable.
Your feedback inspires us to continue providing a welcoming and reliable experience for all our guests. We hope to welcome you back soon for more memorable moments.

Well it wasn't all what we wanted to think. Back porch gate was broken. Sink made noises, AC was loud... beds suck!! And the smell was bad. Won't be back for sure... but for the price I guess you get what you pay for.. but next door they had nice ones for almost same price

Pros: new kitchen and bathroom
Cons: rest of condo is old, dirty floors, bugs, stained couch and chair, bedroom pillows/linens wreaked with body odor. Bad/rotten eggs smell from hot water.

The place is an older condo, looks like with some recent upgrades. Over all was clean but could use some elbow grease to clean the high traffic areas, ie around the light switches were dirty/ worn paint, dusty in areas. Not a deal breaker. The water however smelled horrible and made the whole condo smell and wouldn’t take a shower until it was fixed. We called the property management and they had the maintenance guy come out very promptly and had to drain and flush the water heater which fixed the smell. So I would say maybe draining the water heaters is a maintenance fix they probably need to do on a regular schedule. I give them a plus on the quickness ( and on a Saturday afternoon) for getting that fixed. Overall, a good stay with that minor issue.
