This is a adorable home on stilts located in town within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars. There is ample parking for 4 vehicles or a watercraft and golf cart. Enjoy sipping your morning cup of coffee in the island breeze of the front balcony or just cooling off from a day of fishing. Walk inside to the open area floorplan for all guests to gather. The living room has two futons, which fold out to sleepers, and two accent chairs, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is stocked with basic pots, pans, and utensils for your cooking needs. The dining table has seating for 4. Bedroom 1 (BR1) has a Queen-sized bed, nightstand, accent chair, chest for your beach attire, and a TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The second bedroom (BR2) has a Queen size bed, dresser, and nightstand. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The washer and dryer are neatly tucked away in the hallway. This home is conveniently located 0.2 miles from restaurants, shops, and bars. 0.8 miles to the Beach, and 0.7 miles to the Marina.

This was a great place to stay for a quick weekend fishing trip. Located close to everything in Port A! Walking distance to a lovely dessert shop, restaurants, and bars. We accidentally left an item at the house and the hosts were quick and communicative with getting it found shipped back to us. Thank y'all for the stay!

Easy check in & check out process via text message linkSuper clean, as soon as you walked in smelled clean! kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms so clean! No pets to my knowledge in the rental allowed which was a huge perk! Decor was beach super cute! One bedroom seemed like kid friendly decor. Everything we used works- refrigerator, microwave, A/C, stovetop, fans, water pressure & water temp for showers wonderful! I say this bc it’s not always the case in these beach rental homes The little things like dish soap& dishwasher pods, few extra trash bags, toilet paper, linens, towels, hand soap in bathrooms - we brought out own not knowing what to expect but it was so appreciated The parking under the house w the water hose and outdoor shower to rinse off sand came in for the win!The outdoor porch seating area cute! Exactly how it was in the pictures!The only thing to note if you have not stayed in a home on ‘stilts’ is there is some movement w winds or us walking around. Quickly got used to itThe living area & kitchen warmer in temp than the bedrooms but they did provide a floor fan that we used.They also had outside grills we did not use. However they are there It’s port A so everything even beach is a 5 minute drive or less - would not say it’s walking distance to beach but this was not something we sought as we packed up a tent, yeti cooler, all our beach things to take Highly recommended! I read the reviews & that was my deciding factor to book

Just the right spot for 2 nights

We really enjoyed the location, being close to downtown and to birding places. The place itself was very cute - being up and stilts made you feel like you were in the sky! It would be fantastic for a small family with a couple kids, with the whimsical fish pillows and wall hangings. We liked them too, but found the place a tad uncomfortable for our somewhat elderly tastes. We would have liked softer furniture and beds, but that may be a matter of personal taste. A couple other nitpicks - the requirement to upload documents was a little annoying, and we just stopped by the office instead. Also, there was a slow drain, but they fixed it right away. But all in all, a good stay and a great place!
