I leased Warm Breezes between 10-9-26 thru 10-12-26. The entire process was seamless. Communication with the owner Steve and Life In Paradise team was excellent, timely and complete. Everything was ready on time. The home was immaculate and what a location. In the middle of everything. Walking distance (5-10 minutes) to so many restaurants, music venues (Sip Yard etc.), fresh seafood market (Paul’s Seafood Market), best donut shop in town, ice cream, grocery store, cart rental (The Cart Store – Coastal Cowboy Carts) and so much more.Warm Breezes was amazing. Fully stocked with everything you will need for an amazing and fun stay. So clean and fresh. To say it was a comfortable environment is an understatement. I would readily endorse this rental and work with Life in Paradise (LIP). LIP is now my “go to” for trips to Port Aransas. Thank you, Steve! Thank you, Life In Paradise. Thank you both for an amazing, fun and relaxing and hassle free Port Aransas get away. If you are planning a trip to Part A, Warm Breezes should definitely bi on your list as well as the Life In Paradise team.If there was a rating scale attached to this review it would be 15 out of 10 and 8 stars over 5. This was a great place to stay for a quick weekend fishing trip. Located close to everything in Port A! Walking distance to a lovely dessert shop, restaurants, and bars. We accidentally left an item at the house and the hosts were quick and communicative with getting it found shipped back to us. Thank y'all for the stay!

Just the right spot for 2 nights

Perfect beach spot

We loved the place. It was super nice and everything we needed was available. The property mgt co is a busy one, so if you don’t get an immediate response, a call or dropping by their office down the road works well. Enjoyed our stay!
