Welcome to the Sand Shack! This beautiful unit features a front deck with views of the pool and a back deck with gulf views. The two bedroom/two bathroom condo can sleep 8 comfortably. Access to the beach at mile marker 3 and golf cart friendly. The living room and both bedrooms offer smart TV’s. The kitchen comes fully equipped. There are several beach toys including a wagon and tent for guest use. Unit also has a stackable washer and dryer.

Family Getaway

Great property within short walking distance to the beach! Condo was clean and comfortable with basic necessities available. Everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation was there: chairs, beach blankets, canopies, sand toys, and water toys. We will be back for sure!

October in Port Aransas

We spent a week here at the beginning of October. So lovely. The beach was amazing and the apartment was comfortable and clean. We were mostly a family of four, but had another family of four join us for the weekend. It was perfect for us with young kids. We did spend most of our time on the beach but we were all comfortable at night too. The kitchen was fine for simple meals and the showers were good. The walk to the beach was lovely and the deck was a nice place to relax.

Clean, comfortable with a view!

The condo was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The a/c was great, which is a must. There is a w/d which was very helpful. The balcony had a much better view, though at a distance, of the dunes and ocean than I was expecting! The breeze was wonderful on the balcony. We enjoyed sitting out on it each evening. The unit is on the end so no neighbors beside you. The communication with Kimberly was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome

We loved the condo. She takes great care of the condo and was very helpful with any questions I had. The condo is in a great location and view of the gulf every morning and night was awesome. We enjoyed our stay. We will give references to anyone looking for a great place to spend a vacation. The stairs were a bit much for our age, but we got some good exercise in. Lol. Everything we needed was in condo. Thank you again Kourtney for making our stay memorable.

My Mistake to book this property !

Property had an horrible ordor, perhaps from salvaged materials used to rebuild after Harvey. The living room couch was worn out, the blankets had the offensive order. There was no water pressure for sinks, showers. The property is just a rip off !!! So disappointed that I rented the property!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this cute beach condo. It had easy access too the beach about a 4 minute walk through the bridge and the house was stocked with everything you’d need when traveling for a vacay! From pans to spices and all the above. Kourtney was an AMAZING host and I’m very thankful for her great communication through out my stay. My family and I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!

Beach condo was wonderful!

Condo was very clean and location was great. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Loved the back porch, sitting there with my coffee, and listening to the waves. Pool was definitely an added perk. Only negatives I have is the beds not so comfortable and bring your own outdoor pop-up/chairs wagon as they had alot of rust and need replacing.

Family Getaway

Loved the location. Very quiet and easy to get to. Cleanliness was okay, but it felt a little cluttered, especially on the porch with all of the old, discarded toys, etc, and there was a pot that had been put away in the cabinets from a prior renter that still had food in it. Also, with no closet or dresser for the second bedroom, there wasn’t room to stow away or hang up clothes for those in that room. Would add a dresser for second bedroom.Enjoyed the quietness of the location and the privacy.

Lovely and refreshing

The condo was so comfortable and cozy with plenty of room. So close to the ocean you could hear it from the back deck. The condo has everything would need for your trip including beach toys! We will definitely love to come back.
