FAMILY FRIENDLY, NEAR THE BEACH, THIRD & FIFTH AVENUE SHOPS AND FINE DINING 10 MINUTES AWAY!

Our fabulous family home lies overlooking a picturesque lake. It is beautifully decorated & furnished. The South West facing screened and private heated pool (size 24 by 14) for the sun seeker. A spa that is ideal for early evening cocktails to watch the sunset and private heated pool to enjoy during the day. Newly installed remote control for the pool and spa for lights and air bubbles!

There is a shaded patio area outside the lounge doors that can be used for dining with seating for 6, also a table area for drinks next to the spa overlooking the water. Plus ceiling fans under the lanai, the pool and Spa have night lighting. The bedrooms have pocket doors to create three separate on suite areas.

Our private gated community provides communal pools, tennis, clubhouse, play area, is situated 3 miles (10-15 minutes drive) from the Gulf beaches and elegant shops and restaurants of Old Naples.

Further Details : Elegant Naples is a shoppers paradise with numerous designer shops and elegant boutiques. The Village in Venetian Bay and Pelican Bay through to Third Street South all pedestrian friendly. Naples has 10 miles of sugar sand beaches with dazzling sunsets. There is also boating, cruising and fishing from Old Naples Pier.

Marco, Captive and Sanibel Islands are easily accessible also the Everglades, The Keys, Fort Myers, and Sarasota.

Orlando (Disney Resorts) is 3 hours drive away. Publix and other local shops are 10 minutes drive from the gate.

This place is set in a stunning location, nice quiet cul de sac.

Fly to Fort Myers: Fort Myers Airport (RSW) is approximately 30 minutes from our place and is an easy drive down I 75. The airport provides a warm and relaxed welcome to South West Florida. Miami Airport is approximately one and half hours drive away and Orland Airport is about four hours drive away.

Please note: No Trailers, or boats etc. are allowed to be parked on the home, garage or roads in Briarwood neighborhood, it is against the Homeowners regulations.

Please respect our neighbors while enjoying your vacation outside in the lanai area
by keeping your noise to a reasonable level.

Briarwood 2023

We’ve always enjoyed staying in the briarwood neighborhood , it’s safe and has very friendly neighbors. I have to say a little TLC is needed inside the house . We were interrupted a few times with a handyman and a couple estimates for roof, which I understand keeping up on maintenance of the house, but should be done when they aren’t renting it. A good cleaning company would be recommended, pool area was very dirty, and very dirty under the beds and sofa. We probably left it cleaner then when we arrived. The pool itself was awesome! The afternoon Sun really shines into the living area, some solar blinds would be nice and probably keep the heat out. Towel bars in the bathroom would be nice also. Over all it worked very well for all of us as far as space and had a good stocked kitchen.

Sunny Naples Getaway

Our family of four had a wonderful Christmas break at this home. The layout was perfect for gathering in the central social spaces - great private pool with lots of seating or the living room/dining room space for games and tv. Bedrooms with own full bath was fabulous. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. Gated community with new tennis court and pickleball courts as well as two community pools. Owners are very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.
