Welcome to your private Naples getaway. This waterfront home boasts over 2700 square feet of living space and is located in the highly desirable community of Briarwood minutes from countless Southwest Florida destinations. Private setting overlooking mango trees. Beautiful kitchen just remodeled, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. Briarwood is close to Olde Naples and beaches in a desirable community with amenities such as resort-style pools, tennis, volleyball and basketball. Home also has two master bedroom suites with private Baths. Pool and spa are heated by electric and solar. The villa itself is newly furnished to a very high standard, in a cozy and modern way to complement the Floridian Lifestyle. Vila has 12` ceiling with crown molding, high end ceiling fans in every room, Bathrooms have all been upgraded with grab bars for the handicap. We have all kinds of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, toys for children, small life jackets, our professional cleaners spend 6 hours to clean the house prior to every rental. Unlike other companies we wash all bedding between every rental. Pool alarms on every door going out to the pool to protect your small kids from harm.

Beautiful home

Starting out, Jonathan was wonderful as the home owner, all we had to do is call him if we had any questions, he was very responsive with answers, he lives next door, home is everything you see and more, TV outside and kitchen outside was beautiful, watched playoffs games while in the pool, and hot tub, we would definitely book here again! Wonderful!!!

We rented this beautiful home for our family vacation over Spring Break! It was a wonderful and my entire family had such a great time. It was very spacious, clean, and our children (ages 9, 6, & 4) loved everything, especially the pool. Jonathan was such a gracious host and we definitely recommend this wonderful home in the beautiful neighborhood of Briarwood.

Finally a house as advertised!!

We haven’t had good luck with rentals the past couple of years but this one in briarwood/naples was wonderful. Fully equipped, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Really enjoyed time in the spa and at the outdoor kitchen. Great development to walk and bike. Jonathan was a great host!J

Beautiful Home

The home is beautifully maintained with everything you need. The yard is very nice! Comfortable beds, and all linens and towels were in great condition.Very happy with kitchen amenities. We love to cook and entertain, and we had what we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and eating area looking out on canal.Neighborhood is nice and friendly. Tennis and pickle ball are available with no wait. 2 great bikes are available, beach chairs, and pool floats. The only note is that the airport is close by, so you will hear jet traffic during the day.

Nice spot to be in Naples

We love to stay in the Briarwood neighborhood. This house was just as described. There seem to be plenty of amenities for regular week-long stay. We utilized the pool, the hot tub, and the grill. There is plenty of furniture for a large group. We love the layout of this house, it technically has three master suites. The one thing we did find a little different than most vacation rentals we have used is that the owner wanted to meet us at the house to check us in. It was uneventful for us but I could see how that could be an issue with timing.

Great couples, girls weekend or family property

Visited Naples with my husband and another couple. The design of the house is perfect for 2 or 3 couples. There are 3 bedroom areas with separate bathrooms and lots of privacy. The main living room is comfortable. The home is very nicely decorated and very well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We visited for 2 weeks and need nothing. Johnathon was a wonderful host. He was responsive but not instrusive even though he lives next door. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and very safe. The only noise was intermittent plane landing at the private airport. I know we would stay again if visiting Naples. Thank you Johnathon.

This home is awesome. Pool and hot tub used every day. Watched lots of football on the lanai on big screen. Stove and gas grill on lanai. Well stocked. Excellent location, close to downtown, zoo, restaurants, etc. Short drive to Marco. Jonathan was kind, helpful and quick to respond to our questions and needs. His living next door was really helpful!! Home layout is great, privacy for all. Plan to return for sure. I've rented properties all over SW Florida, this was the best.

Great layout for us

We really enjoyed our stay. So much so that we already booked it for next year! Three bedrooms with queen/king beds plus three full baths worked great for our group too. The spa/pool was used plenty and we really liked the outdoor TV for movie watching and game playing (brought our own Wii). Lots of lounge chairs out by the pool with a couple of tables too.

Christmas 2022 at 1099!

Our family couldn't have chosen a more perfect Christmas 2022 home ! Jonathan was a perfect host! He promptly answered all questions and even located red and green sprinkles for CHristmas cookies..when I could not! His home is lovely and perfectly equipped for any cooking that one might want to do. We hope to return to his home in Briarwood! Thank you Jonathan!

Beautiful rental in Naples

What an amazing rental property in beautiful Naples, Florida. The house had everything you could need and more. The pool and hot tub were great and we had fun watching football on the outdoor television. Nice, quiet neighborhood and great location within Briarwood. Our son loved fishing in the canal behind the house. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic stay in Naples

Our villa had everything we wanted. It was clean, very comfortable with a lovely pool area. Jonathan the host meet us when we arrived and took us around the house and explained everything to us. If we needed anything he was just next door. Would definitely recommend. Have stayed in Briarwood many times before and this was as we have previously experienced safe, friendly, quite and relaxing. An excellent choice.
