Oceanfront Oasis in Myrtle Beach at South Beach

Newly renovated corner, oceanfront condo on high floor, 2 bd, 2ba with amazing ocean views. Each bedroom has balcony; king bed in oceanfront master, 2nd bedroom with two queen beds has ocean view. Well stocked with dishes, cookware and linens. Comfortable and clean. 4 Indoor/Outdoor Pools, lazy river, onsite cafe, WiFi internet, Smart TV, fitness room, water dryer. South Beach is the quieter end of MB......Walk to the Market Common and Myrtle Beach State Park.
HOUSE RULES
- Any issue within the condo should be addressed to us, not the front desk. Our cell numbers are on the cover of welcome book in condo.
- This is a no smoking building.
- To save the walls in the condo please unload and load the luggage carts from the hallway and do not bring inside unit.
- Do not leave the cart outside the door as it is an emergency evacuation hazard. Return your cart to garage immediately for others to use.
- There is no maid service for this unit.
- Empty your trash i the dumpster marked “Offsite Rentals” on ground floor of the garage. Do not leave bagged trash in the hallway.
- Only use Sprayway cleaner (under the sink) on the kitchen counters. Other cleaners with ammonia will discolor the counters.
- Do not hang anything from the balcony or from the sprinklers heads in the condo.

WHEN YOU DEPART
- Remove all food from refrigerator, cabinets and counters.
- Empty all trash.
- You have paid a cleaning fee, but we expect you to respect our home and leave it in tidy condition.
- Wash dishes used or load and start dishwasher.
- Check out is absolutely no later than 10:30 am
- Return keys to front desk

Our 4th stay and we fall in love all over again each time we're here. The view, the beach, cleanliness, and all the kitchen amenities we needed. Deb checked in with usc to ensure we had everything we needed.

We were only there for four days but loved every minute. Beach view is incredible and you are close to everything! We are considering a relocation and will definitely be back!

Great home away from home but with a better view

The property was nice. Easy access to the beach, several pool options and walking distance to food and entertainment. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make it our little home for the week. The views were great and we enjoyed the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Condo!

We had a great stay, the condo was beautiful. The view was amazing! We took lots of great pictures from the balcony. I would recommend this condo to anyone! Great hosts, very communicative.

Girlfriend getaway

We just wanted to relax & stay right in the ocean. The condo had a perfect view from all rooms. The decor was nice & the owners were very attentive & prompt accommodating our needs. It was organized & well supplied. Beach was easily accessible & we enjoyed the Lazy River as well as the beach. The location is close to many restaurants.

Beautiful condo for family or friends get away.

Super clean, beautifully decorated, every amenity provided. Great location, loved ocean front balcony as well as 2nd balcony view of sunrise from bed!! Very prompt communication with the host Deborah. Can’t wait to come back here again!

Great Condo & Owners

We were a family of 5 with 3 young kids and the condo was wonderful for our stay! The condo was very clean and we loved being up on the 9th floor to look out over the ocean and high enough to not hear commotion at the pool area. We give this condo a 5 star because the Mannings were wonderful to work with and Deb was very attentive to us.

Perfect condo for a vacation getaway!

The listing of the condo was spot on. Place fits 4 guests comfortably in two bedrooms. Loved all the security for condo and garage. Parking was easy. The condo had everything we needed to cook and relax. Enjoyed the indoor pools in the cooler weather. Would recommend to my friends!

Fantastic stay

This is our second time staying at this condo within 7 months. Grandkids loved the heated pools, hot tubs and lazy river. We could not ask for a better location. The views were amazing and our hostess checked in with us to make sure all was A OK. Will definitely stay again if in the area. We had all the necessary items to make our stay enjoyable. We left a game of dominoes for others to enjoy as well So long MB until next time!!

Wonderful property

The condo was well appointed and very comfortable for four adults. The facility amenities were good - could use some TLC but were acceptable. We like/dislike the location of the property. It is nice that it is less busy around it but it is quite a way from the center of the beach.

Best Visit to Myrle Beach!!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with a trip to Myrtle Beach and rather than rent a hotel, we tried out VRBO and found this treasure! The condo was exceptional! The condo was well stocked with everything you could need. The hosts were so pleasant and easy to deal with throughout the stay. They even had flowers, a cake, and a card waiting on us on check-in day to help us celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Deb and Rufus for a wonderful stay.

Gorgeous condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed and more. The only thing we thought the welcome book could use was a mention that there are beach chairs, umbrella, etc in the guest bedroom closet. We didn't find them until the day before left. That is partially on us tho as we didn't really look either! Great place to stay and if in the area again, will definitely stay. Deb and Rufus are great host and hostesses!

Perfect vacay!

I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed this vacation. The host was outstanding from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful! We were traveling by car from Pa right when the hurricane was supposed to hit. She reached out to me to offer for us to leave for our arrival a day early for our safety. We couldn’t, but knowing she cared meant so much. She was extremely friendly and quick in response to any questions or concerns I had. The condo was very clean, comfortable, warming and welcoming. The view was outstanding! We plan on booking again. Thanks again for making our family vacation a memorable one. We left with happy hearts!

Exceptional property with an exceptional view.

I am always a bit nervous when booking a new condo, always wondering how clean it really will be. But Deb and Rufus had it spotless. It is also a very well appointed condo; the furniture and beds were quite comfortable. Deb thought of everything a visitor might need, right down to the night lights. I did have questions as this was my first VRBO experience and Deb was quick to reply with information and the processes. Check in was easy, and I liked that the parking garage was monitored. Which means DO always keep your parking pass on the rear view mirror. The condo is in the south end of the beach, and we were 15 minutes from the convention center and The Pelicans. The beach was nice and walkable, with a decent amount of shells to find. But the balcony, just above the waves, was great. Cannot best this beach view! I cannot speak of the pools but they looked nice. I wish we had the opportunity to eat at the restaurant on site as the reviews were good.

Fantastic Home Away From Home!

This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach and we couldn’t have picked a cozier or more convenient place to stay! We were an elevator ride and mere steps from the sand and the community was equipped with a fun pool area with lazy River included if you are not a beach goer. This was also the cleanest rental property I have ever stayed in & I am a real stickler, so to impress me is HUGE points! We were in town for a baseball tournament so the stackable washer dryer came in handy for washing uniforms. Our family loaded up on local groceries and comfortably cooked meals in the cozy kitchen, then loaded up the dishwasher & headed out to the beach w our flashlights at night to search for shells & sea creatures. For bedtime, the down mattresses & pillows were like being hugged by a cloud. This property offers privacy so we could leave all shades open to be woken up by the gorgeous sunrise. The 4 person breakfast nook was a perfect place to eat & plan our days. There is tons to do in the area including mini golf, boardwalk strolls complete with Ferris wheel ride & arcades, antique and apparel shopping, not to mention picking up a boogie board or two to hit the waves! The quickie mart across the way was stocked with anything & everything you might have forgotten or need along the way. The area does cater to a very energetic and young crowd so you do want to be prepared for noise and activity for a fair portion of the day. If you are in town for a group event, the local restaurants and business owners are very welcoming to your needs. We will most certainly be back and will DEFINITELY book here again!

Excellent oceanfront location for families

We loved this condo and location was perfect for all ages! Very easy to get in touch with property manager and she even texted to check in and make sure we didn't need anything! Will definitely be looking into booking again!
