Nous sommes arrivĂ©s dans cette location de vacances le 19 juillet 2025 au 26 juillet 2025 avec beaucoup de problĂšmes d'Ă©lectricitĂ©.La climatisation fesais sautĂ© le compteur gĂ©nĂ©ral.Les prises Ă©lectriques du salon et de la chambre Ă©taient aussi hors d'usage.Un Ă©lectricien bricoleur a dĂ» intervenir et a sectionnĂ© l'alimentation de la climatisation pour faire un branchement de secours qui a fait passer le cĂąble d'alimentation sur la terrasse du jardin sous nos yeux..Bref, nous avons passĂ© le premier jour a faire des recherches de panne alors que nous Ă©tions en vacances et l'intervention Ă  durĂ©e plus de 4h !!Nous Ă©tions attendu pour un repas avec la direction d'un camping que nous avons pas pu ĂȘtre a l'heure !!Rien a Ă©tĂ© fait pour envoyer un Ă©lectricien professionnel pour rĂ©soudre le problĂšme jusqu'au jeudi 24 ou nous avons reçu un appel de la propriĂ©taire pour faire le nĂ©cessaire pour les prochaines locataires !Nous trouvons que l'intervention n'as pas Ă©tĂ© a la auteur de nos attentes.Sans compter les placards de la cuisine avec leurs vĂ©rins HS , le four,lui aussi,a du Etre dĂ©branchĂ© Car nous avons entendu des arcles Ă©lectrique dĂ» a un mauvais branchement.nous avons proposĂ© a la propriĂ©taire un arrangement Ă  l'amiable des nuitĂ©es de compensation suite a ces nuisances subit,ça rĂ©action Ă©tait de nouveau compenser avec un bouteille de vin.En rĂ©sumĂ©,des propriĂ©taires mal intentionnĂ©s et un logement a fuir !!!!

We wouldn't book again

We didn't stay there. The toilet is in a storage room. The rooms are smaller and darker than shown in the photos. The terrace door is “secured” by a wooden beam.

Ferienanlage mit vielen Dauerbewohnern und wenigen GĂ€sten

Die Wohnung war vollstĂ€ndig ( Waschmaschine, GeschirrspĂŒler, Herd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle ) ausgestattet. Die Eckwohnung hatte einen Meerblick und große umlaufende Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöbeln. Da zu dieser Wohnung kein fester Parkplatz gehörte und man offiziell nur auf den mit einem V bezeichneten ParkplĂ€tzen parken durfte, war es nach RĂŒckkehr vom Strand oder vom Abendessen jedesmal sehr schwierig sein Auto zu parken.

Sur les hauteurs de la Croix-Valmer

Résidence idéale hors saison. Calme et grande piscine peu fréquentée. Résidence idéalement située pour les visites et l'accessibilité aux proches plages. Appartement trÚs confortable de parler commodité qu'il offre. Salon de jardin avec transat, table et chaises store banne et parasol ! Double terrasse. TrÚs bonne équipement pour la cuisine ouverte ! Lit confortable. Vraiment idéal pour deux personnes !

TrĂšs bon sejours

RĂ©sidence agrĂ©able et calme , jolie secteur sur les hauteurs. Appartement bien Ă©quipĂ© et fonctionnel , la terrasse est un rĂ©el plus. Nous avons passĂ© un bon sejour. L’hĂŽte est trĂšs rĂ©active ainsi que la personne sur place pour nous accueillir . Nous recommandons cette adresse .
