Welcome to this beautiful contemporary villa of 130 m 2, ideally located in a quiet residential area, just 300 meters from the beach of Mauret.
Spacious, bright and perfectly equipped, it is ideal for holidays with family or friends.

The house has large bay windows offering a beautiful light throughout the day and direct access to a wooden terrace.

Maison très bien placée à quelques mètres de la plage et proche de tous commerces. Possibilité de faire tout à vélo. Pleins d’activités pour les familles. Maison bien équipée.
