Adorable petite maison restaurée pour 2 personnes . Au rez de chaussée une pièce à vivre avec un coin salon avec TV, une cuisine équipée et un coin repas. A l'extérieur une terrasse avec un barbecue et un salon de jardin, une pelouse avec des transats, un parking privé. A l'étage la chambre, la salle de bain et les wc.
Wifi gratuit et accès libre à la piscine du propriétaire.
2 km de Lascaux IV, 20km de Sarlat et des Eyzies. Un triangle dans lequel vous visiterez les sites majeurs du Périgord noir. Vous vous régalerez de produits locaux sur les marchés de producteurs, ferez des randonnées magnifiques dans la campagne, du canoé sur La Vézère, assisterez à toutes sortes d'évènements culturels (théâtre, musique, sportifs.....) et aussi vous vous reposerez au calme de la campagne
