About this property

3 Houses to the Beach. 2 BR, 1 bath upper apartment with private deck.

2 Beach passes. Central Air, DW, shared W/D. Remodeled about 10 year ago, Private entrance. Living room, kitchen and two good size bedrooms closets and queen size beds. Parking for 1 car off street. Deck chairs and table. Access to gas grill. Please be aware that we rent to families, Adults with minor children. Groups of 4 or less with ages of 25 or older will be considered. Thank you for observing this rule.

Apartment can not be seen in person until May 15th. To see more pictures go to Zillow search 106 10th Ave Belmar NJ Pictures 35-40 are of this apartment. Once current tenants vacant the apartment at the end of April the apartment will be freshly painted and furnished
