Breathtaking views with all the amenities
Breathtaking views will win you over, but the retro Polynesian decor will make you feel right at home. Walk to the Ocean Point golf course, grill or beach access. Sit on the back porch and watch the kids play in the pool, start your morning with a cup of coffee and a fabulous Fripp sunrise. Four passenger golf cart is included.
Amenity cards are available for purchase. These must be used to access pools, tennis courts, restaurants, and the 2 championship golf courses. Amenity cards are $50/wk in the summer and $35/wk in the off-season.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

Why they chose this property
Ocean Cottage is our play on a retro Polynesian Resort. We are huge Disney enthusiast and our home resort is The Polynesian...I remember my first stay at The Polynesian in 1971...we have tried to bring that vibe to Ocean Cottage. There are several pieces that I picked up from the resort during their recent renovations. We hope that you enjoy the decor as much as I enjoyed doing it.
