About this property

THE COTENTIN

Old village house, located in Sainte-Scolasse-sur-Sarthe, within walking distance of essential quality shops (bakery, butcher's shop, florist, bistro, supermarket...) This cottage offers 2 bedrooms (which can accommodate 9 people) and a bathroom. The living room, with sofa bed, can add two extra beds.
On the ground floor: Fitted kitchen with breakfast area, back room with WC, dining room with fireplace and lounge area with a sofa bed.
Upstairs: a bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a second bedroom with 2 double beds and 2 single beds and a bathroom with WC.
The small courtyard and raised garden are enclosed.

These services are optional:

If you do not wish to fill an extra suitcase with sheets and towels, we can offer you some. With this service, you will also enjoy beds made on arrival.

PRICES:
• Bed: €12 per bed
• Towels: 8€ per person (one large towel + 1 small towel)
All our cottages are equipped with duvets 140/200cm for 1-seater beds and 220/240cm for 2-seaters or sometimes 240/260cm. The pillows are all 60x60cm. All bedding and pillows are protected by mattress protectors.
Bath mat in the bathroom, 4 kitchen towels, mop and some cleaning products.

Un problème avec les locataires précédents a amené la propriétaire à me proposer un hébergement alternatif ce que j'ai accepté. L'hôte était prévenante et disponible si besoin. Le lieu m'a semblé plus adapté à de très courts séjours (1-2 nuits max) qu'une semaine pleine. Le logement était un peu "pauvre" en équipement (j'ai du demander de la vaisselle supplémentaire), absence de porte manteaux... Lieu propre et très calme néanmoins
