Excellent location

Well appointed. Great location. The only downside was it advertised air conditioning but we were not allowed to use it and there was not a fan available during two days of very warm weather.

Thank you for your valuation. you forgot to mention the BOLZANO CARD - a present to my guests beeing here mostly without car - which enables them to travel trought the region totally free + visiting every mueum also absolutly free! We don't use AC in Bolzano in may!!! The use certainly is depending on the season!

Better than a postcard view from the large patio and from inside as well. Heart of old town location perfect for dozens of restaurants, shopping, etc. Close to green market, convenient to train and bus station. Well supplied condo, compact, but very livable for our 8 day stay. Great marble bathroom, shower. Host gave many valuable tips, even got us discounted local tourist card that saved on many attractions. Host readily available for any questions. Would definitely stay here again

White Christmas

We went to Bolzano to experience a White Christmas and technically we did using the Bolzano pass that our host provided. We were able to travel around Bolzano especially the Seilbahn using this pass. Excellent provision. We were always happy to return to the unit at night but were never sure if the heating would be on or not as we did not control this aspect of the accommodation.

Tolle Aussicht, super Lage

Anreise zum Parkhaus am Waltherplatz war etwas schwierig wegen Sperrung/Baustelle. Wochenticket für 93 Euro problemlos vor Ort im Parkhaus direkt zu erwerben. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist einzigartig, traumhaft. Das Apartment befindet sich zentral in der Altstadt, alles sehr sauber. Zu Fuß erreichbar sind die Promenaden, Seilbahn, Museen. Wir haben diese Woche sehr genossen. Danke an Ilse Zojer

Zentrale Wohnung mit toller Dachterasse

Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Altstadt und es kann alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist die schöne Dachterasse mit tollem Ausblick.

The studio apartment is right in theold downtown in Bolzano on a 5th and half floor building

The appliances and bathroom are very nice but there is no Bedroom instead a very small bed ideally for only 1 person not two Half of the bed is under the attic ceiling and a real disaster to sleep unless you are under 25 yrs old sporty and not overweight as Isle stated expect Vrbo does not explain those details. The elevator had not worl for 2 week yet when I contacted Isle 2 days prior to arrival she didn't mention anything as she said "wouldn't change anything" The beautiful terrace happens to be open to all tenants in the building so its not private also the entrance to the apartment as its in an attic is also shared. Other than having a very hard time with the stairs we loved Bolzano and the surrounding.

Great property but poor communication

My husband and I were very disappointed and frustrated with the communication about apartment location and check-in process. In all our previous experiences the process was clearly spelled out, but this property owner would not provide the info even after I reached out to her multiple times. Her email responses kept indicating she would provide info, but she didn’t. I sent a final request for info less than 24 hours before our arrival and still her response was you will get the info when you need it. We finally had to call her when we arrived in Bolzano and she kept insisting rudely that we had the info, which we didn’t. We found her rude and even insulting. She had asked me to water her flowers, which I agreed to do. A few days into our stay she emailed me accusing me of not keeping my promise to water the flowers and said she’d have to remove them if they were not appreciated. The studio apartment is lovely, but you must unlock and walk through an unfinished attic area before reaching it. It would have been helpful to know this since it is quite a surprise. Also, the bed is next to a sloped wall that made it necessary for one of us to sleep on the couch. The terrace is fantastic…best part of the property. The owner provided guest cards that were very useful in getting into museums and using the cable cars free of charge. She left a bottle of wine for us in the refrigerator. However, the poor communication from the owner diminished what otherwise would have been a wonderful visit. We would not stay here again or recommend anyone else to stay here.

Excellent location in the middle of town. Great view off of the terrace. Host is very responsive to any questions. Internet gave us trouble but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Wohnung toll, Vermieterin nicht

Ausstattung und Lage der FeWo toll, schöner Blick in die Berge und, obgleich mitten im Zentrum, relativ ruhig! Leider gab es das Waschcenter, das seit 2020 für die 5 Ferienwohnungen existieren sollte, nicht. Frau Zojer, die deutlich genervt davon war, dass sie nicht bei ihren Enkeln in den Bergen sein konnte, sondern sich stattdessen um ihre Objekte kümmern musste (wie sie wortreich mehrmals beklagte), antwortete auf unsere Frage danach, dass man ja schließlich mit frischer und sauberer Wäsche anreisen würde und wir im Waschsalon waschen sollten - was wir dann auch tun mussten. In diesem Tonfall hatten wir leider mehrere Kontakte mit ihr. Nach zwei Tagen besserte sich das, aber wir blieben nur 3😉. In dem Buchungsportal FeWo wird bei Ausstattung unter Parken eine Parkmöglichkeit in der TG Waltherplatz angegeben. Dies ist missverständlich, es gibt dort keine Parkplätze für die Appartements. Sicherlich wird sie auf diese Bewertung eine entsprechende Erwiderung schreiben, was wir für schreckliche Mieter waren. Wir haben die Tage in Bozen trotzdem genossen 😄.

Wunderbare Dachterrasse

Die Dachterrasse ist ein absolutes Highlight! Sie ist groß, schön möbliert und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick über Bozen und die Berge. An- und Abreise haben ganz unkompliziert geklappt. Parken kann man - wie beschrieben- in der Tiefgarage am Walterplatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage mit fantastischem Ausblick von der Dachterrasse

Alles wunderbar!! ...außer Bett "nur" 140 cm breit. Privatsphäre ist beeinträchtigt, da Vermieterin Zugang über Dachterrasse hat (und auch nutzt) Achtung: fehlende Angaben bei Buchung über APP!!!

Es gibt inzwischen 4 neue APARTMENTS LEONARDO - im gleichen Gebäude, gehen demnächst ONLINE. Ich hatte dem Gast bereits eine Alternative angeboten mit einem 160 breiten BOXSPRINGBETT, da es bei Sonntagsanreisen mitunter schwierig ist mit der Reinigung - der Gast bestand auf der gebuchten Wohnung. Sie hat zwar diese wunderbare Dachterasse, jedoch ein 140 cm breites Bett. Ich nutze den Zugang zur Terasse übrigens nur um die Blumen zu gießen und für dringende Miteilungen an den Gast, wenn er sein Handy ausgeschaltet hat.

Kurzurlaub in Bozen

Die ausgeschriebene Wohnung war leider durch einen Fehler doppelt vergeben. Das war zuerst ein großer Schreck. Die Vermieterin hat uns jedoch eine vollwertige Alternative im gleichen Haus angeboten. Erstbezug eines ganz neuen und modernen 2-Zimmer-Appartements mit Boxspringbett, ebenerdige, große Dusche mit Badewanne , Fußbodenheizung im Bad, beheizbarer Handtuchwärmer, Tageslichtbad mit direktem Zugang zu einem großen, überdachten Balkon mit Sicht ins Sarntal. Vollausgestattete (inkl. ital. Nudeln) , hochwertige Küche mit Nespressomaschine inkl. Kapseln mit leckerem ital. Kaffee und Victorinox-Messern. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine feine, selbst gemachte Aprikosenmarmelade der Vermieterin, eine Bozencard sowie ein nagelneues Wanderbuch. Unser Urlaub (4 Nächte) war somit ein voller Erfolg . Tolle Lage

Wir haben unseren ersten gemeinsamen Urlaub mit unserem 3 Monate altem Sohn in der Wohnung verbracht. Da wir mit dem Kleinen nicht ganz so lange Tagesausflüge machen konnten, war die tolle Dachterrasse super um die Zeit zu verbringen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung und die zentrale Lage war für uns auch sehr gut, da wir kurze Wege mit dem Sohnemann hatten. Frau Zojer ist eine sehr aufmerksame Vermieterin, die immer schnell auf Rückfragen geantwortet hat und viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely, comfortable apartment in a great location!

We had a fantastic trip to Bolzano/Bozen! Our apartment was in the perfect location, with easy access to all of Bolzano's history, sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, with a large terrace to take in the mountain views. It was quite peaceful to sit on the terrace with a glass of wine and hear the church bells ring throughout the city. Upon our arrival Ilse, the proprietor, gave us great recommendations about sights to see and restaurants to try. In addition, she provided us with a map and a Bolzano card, which gave us free access to transportation in and around the city, including the Ritten/Renon, San Genesio/Jenesien, and Colle/Kohlern Gondolas. Ilse also gave us a delicious jar of homemade apricot jam, which we enjoyed during our stay. We highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to take in the sights and sounds of Bolzano and the Dolomites!
