The condominium Residence Juliana consists of four scalloped landscaped houses surrounded by manicured gardens and natural ponds.

The cozy, partially refurbished 75 sqm apartment is on the first Floor, with large balcony and spacious hallway.

It is quiet and not on the beach road.

The entire apartment has a newly laid laminate floor and the bathroom tiles with underfloor heating.

The new kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, coffee maker and Philips Senseo for coffee pads and of course everything you need for cooking and much more ...

Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, oven / microwave combination, refrigerator with freezer.

In the light-flooded, spacious living area with a beautiful view of the natural ponds, with access through 2 sliding doors to the balcony, there is a large, new flat screen with all German programs via satellite, in addition a Blu-Ray DVD player, a stereo and free Internet access ,

The entire apartment can be heated all year round with a gas central heating.

The bathroom has a bath, a shower with rain shower, sink and a toilet.

in one bedroom is a double bed, overlooking the dunes and in the spring on the colorful tulip fields.

In the second Bedrooms are 2 single beds with an additional access to the balcony, overlooking the natural ponds.

Ein Traum

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man sich denken kann. Wann immer wir uns gefragt haben, ob denn auch dieses oder jenes noch zu finden sei, wurden wir jeweils kurz darauf fündig.Im Vorfeld erhielten wir ausführliche Erläuterungen zur Bedienung von Geräten oder Handhabung von "Inventar" (im weitesten Sinn). Was zunächst aufgrund des Umfangs sehr ungewohnt anmutet (in 20 Jahren NL-Urlaub haben wir das noch nicht erlebt), erweist sich als absoluter Volltreffer: Das sind genau die Infos, die man benötigt, um sich unmittelbar zurecht zu finden und die Wohnung in ihrem hervorragenden Zustand(!) zu erhalten.Ein Beispiel? - Öffnen und Schließen der Balkonschiebetür erfolgt mit Hilfe weniger Handgriffe. Wenn man diese nicht kennt - nicht jeder hat eine Schiebetür zuhause - gerät das Öffnen und Schließen zur Nervenzerreißprobe (und ist sicherlich nicht förderlich für's Material) - Dank der klaren Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung ist es ein Kinderspiel - Tür und Vermieter freuen sich über eine lange Lebensdauer :-)Einfach erstklassig!Das verlangt nach einer Wiederholung,PS: In der Sternebewertung gibt es die Rubrik "Kommunikation mit der Agentur" - die fünf Sterne dort beziehen sich auf die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin: die Antworten sind freundlich, auskunftsfreudig und - kommen rasend schnell ;-)

Wunderbarer Jahreswechsel in Julianadorp

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der hübsch eingerichteten und sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage und nur wenigen Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen und schön angelegten Komplex. Wir nutzten die tolle Lage der Ferienwohnung auch für Tagesausflüge nach Amsterdam und Haarlem. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Wir reisen zweimal im Jahr nach Nordholland. Dieses Mal waren wir in der Wohnung von Frau T… in Julianadorp aan Zee. Mit der Buchungsanfrage, über den Bezug der Wohnung bis hin zur Abreise wurden wir von Frau T… bestens beraten und begleitet. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einer gepflegten, liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit tollen Ausblick.

Tolle Wohnung , toller Ausblick, sehr nette Vermieterin

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Residenz Juliana sehr genossen. Jeden Morgen der schöne Blick auf die Naturteiche. Einfach toll!! Wohnung sehr nett eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieterin Frau Teichmann ist immer erreichbar und hilft, sollte es Probleme geben.

Absolute Empfehlung

Wer einen Urlaub sucht, der sowohl entspannend als auch aktiv und vielseitig gestaltet werden kann, ist im Norden der Niederlande in Julianadorp aan zee und ganz besonders in Frau Teichmanns Wohnung in der Residence Juliana genau richtig. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage im ersten Stockwerk mit Blick auf den Teich, ist ausgezeichnet ausgestattet und super sauber. Also genau das was man sich vorstellt. Zusätzlich ist die Abwicklung und der Kontakt zu Frau Teichmann sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Frau Teichmann ist sehr hilfsbereit und stets ansprechbar. Vielen vielen Dank dafür. 110%ige Weiterempfehlung. Beste Grüße aus Hessen✌️

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Hat alles super geklappt. Einziger Kritikpunkt, man darf die einzelnen Heizkörper in den Räumen nicht verstellen (Heizung wird zentral geregelt). Dies ist für Leute, die es gewohnt sind, in einem kalten Raum zu schlafen, nicht schön. Und bei Außentemperaturen von 5 Grad kann man ja nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage sowie die Aussicht waren super. Das Apartment war sauber und alles da was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Ungewöhnlich

Ein Aufenthalt an der See im Winter bei früher Dunkelheit ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir haben trotz des sehr starkem Südwinds (teilweise 75 bis 135 km/h) das Beste daraus gemacht. Es hat nie durchgängig geregnet, so daß wir täglich unsere Strand- und sonstigen Spaziergänge machen konnten. Sogar Golfspielen war in Windflauten möglich. Die saubere, warme und gemütliche Wohnung trug zu unserem Wohlbefinden bei. Die neue hochwertige Küche ist ein Knaller. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war äußerst freundlich und zuverlässig. Vielen Dank für alles!
