The bedroom has a single bed and access to the terrace.
Private garage in the basement (2.36m x 6m x 1.70m)
Visitor parking spaces are also available in front of the residence.
You'll enjoy a prime location in Grau du Roi, between the beach, the port, and shops.
Everything is designed for a comfortable and carefree stay.
A €400 security deposit will be required by credit card imprint before your stay.
Pets allowed: €50 supplement - Tourist tax is extra.
