Everyone commented on how great the house was. I found the house and rooms very clean and the host was very quick to respond. The kitchen has pretty much any cooking appliance you need as well as all types of glassware. It is in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. For easier understanding of the layout because it may be a little difficult to tell exactly in the photos; there are three bedrooms in the main house, two with king beds, one with a queen bed as well as two full bathrooms. There is a guest house in the backyard with a king bed and a full bathroom and kitchen as well. Then there are another two bedrooms in a small area attached to the house with a king bed and a queen bed as well as a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

Great property! Our group was 6 couples so the number of bedrooms was perfect (noted from previous reviews that the 7th is more of a makeshift bedroom with twin daybed so it was nice that no couple had to take that room, which is directly leads to the gym). There was a master (in suite bathroom) a king bedroom and queen bedroom (with a shared double sink bathroom) in the main house. Connected to the main house was another king bedroom and queen bedroom (with a shared single sink bathroom). And then the guest house was a king bedroom with own bathroom, kitchen, living area. The pool was amazing, we spent a good amount of time there. And for our last night we had a private sushi chef at the house - there was enough seating to do dinner outside, which was really nice! The family area with the big sectional and TV was also a great hangout area on college game day, esp with the double doors opening out to the pool area. All in all a great property for our group and a wonderful weekend - extra props to the host Allie for being incredibly responsive with all of our questions!

This location serves a good amount of people. They have separate casitas for more guests which was very nice. They have all the amenities needed in the kitchen, they made check-in easy and check-out easy. The host was delightful and even the owner stopped by and left cookies! They truly wanted our stay to be fabulous. The few things that need fixing or consideration are: Fix the entry doors to from the patio and the one casita and consider some blinds for those. There are ledges leading off the pool area to the casitas that are a tripping hazard - just paint blue lines that stay. The outside patio chairs are not real comfortable, consider cushions. Temperature control was hard as there are a ton of different units. Perhaps leaving a one sheet or booklet on how to run the house would be a helpful tool for all visitors. Other than that, it is pretty true to the pictures and very clean!

Super Comfortable and Spacious

The house is amazing and in a great location. We had everything we needed and plenty of space. The decor is a little dated and could use some updating but the house is comfortable. Be aware that one of the bedrooms is a daybed that is at the entry to the workout room. The management company was great and so easy to work with.

Great for large groups.

The property has so much wonderful space--for gathering all together or in smaller groups. Beautifully decorated and thoughtful amenities like soap/shampoo in all showers. Manager only available through email so not as easy to contact. Also, several lights out, smaller appliances (Keurig and microwaves) not working, but they did replace the Keurig right away and came to replace lights and reset televisions (which were not working) for us after a day or so. (Did not bother us on Thanksgiving which was thoughtful.) The place has so many televisions and options that it really needs a booklet for instructions. Overall, we had a terrific visit.

Property that has it all

This property was fantastic. We had a group of 12 guys on a golf trip. Allie was super prompt on her responses, often responding within minutes. We requested a few changes along the way and she was more than happy to accommodate those changes. She also was helpful in making recommendations for several activities when we reached out to her. The property itself was centrally located with great access to anywhere we wanted to go. It was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A quiet oasis that is perfect for business and leisure!

I had a small meeting of my business partners and Sundown Manor was absolutely the perfect place. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are incredible. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the property manager (Allie) is so easy to work with. I definitely would book this property again!

Very helpful host

Love this property so much! Literally the only thing I could say a little negative is the cleanliness of smaller rooms in main house and man cave area.. the mini guest house is adorable and feels like a spa or salon. Very nice to have close to the pool. Loved the outdoor bar area! The whole yard felt like a resort or big courtyard area. Roof top had some amazing sun rises & sunsets. The guest hours is absolutely perfect and gorgeous. I would definitely stay again!

Excellent Home

We were down for a mix of my mother-in-law/family trip and kid's hockey camp with two other families. The house was absolutely perfect. "Our" family took the main house with all of the kids, and the other two couples had their own spaces/casitas and would join us in the main house. Plenty of room for everyone, excellent outdoor spaces (the misters were critical when the temps got super high), and the kids were in the pool the entire time that they weren't on the ice for camp. Great location...easy drive to everything we needed including Kierland shopping, restaurants, golf, mtn. biking, etc.

Wonderful Setting for a Family Vacation

The house is well located, and it is an outstanding setting for a family vacation. We were a group of ten ranging in age from 5-76 with four grandchildren. There were many communal places to spend time as well as private areas that people could use when needed. Allie, the property manager could not be more attentive to our needs and was amazingly responsive to a problem we had with the icemaker. Any message I left her was responded to within minutes. The heated pool was perfect. We highly recommend this property

Golf Getaway

My group of 8 HS buddies in their mid 50's had a great stay. The house was very clean, well maintained and the attention to detail was exceptional. The house had everything and the management company (Allie) was a delight to deal with. The house is very spacious and located nearby everything you need or want. My group was very happy with our stay....
