Suite 123 overlooks the pristine white sandy beach and turquoise water of Grace Bay Beach. Relax on the large balcony overlooking the beach, fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to see the ocean when you sit up in bed!

Peaceful and quiet stay

This was the perfect place to stay on TCI for our relaxing holiday. The resort is lovely, the beach perfect, and the condo ideal. The condo itself could use a little TLC (e.g. curtain rod fell off while there, second set of sheets were a little pilly, etc.) but this is more for the owners' knowledge. I'd go back here in a minute.

The best location on Grace Bay. Our first time visiting and would come back in a heartbeat . The unit was perfect - very clean- view from deck outstanding - thank you for a wonderful stay!

Gorgeous stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this room! The view and large porch make SUCH a difference. The resort itself was quiet, and there were always chairs available at the beach or pool. Our favorite part was the beach was so close to our room, it was never a pain to have to go back to grab something! We left drinks, phones, sunscreen in the room, and would just pop back inside if we needed anything.

Royal West Indies Resort 123

Unit 123 is a fantastic unit with all that you’ll need for a great stay on Grace Bay Beach. The unit faces the ocean and is steps from the beach. The resort has a nice restaurant which we ate at multiple times. You can walk to stores and restaurants a short distance away or take a taxi. We walked once and taxied a couple of times. Staff and visitors to the resort were very friendly. Elaine met us at the condo to check us in even though we were hours late!!! Any time that I contacted the condo owners they got back to me right away to answer any questions. If you want a condo right on the beach in Grace Bay you will totally love Unit 123!!!

We have been vacationing in the Turks and Caicos for years, and after staying in Unit 123 last December, we knew this was one of the most special spots of the entire island. After sun soaked days on the beach and exploring around on the Hobie Cat, we would come back and enjoy cocktails on the gorgeous terrace with the sunset making it picture perfect. The setting so mesmerizing, making it hard to leave! Plus getting to enjoy one of the delicious restaurants loved by foodies from around the world. After a week, we knew this was the place for us, and we ended up purchasing the unit from the previous 20 year owner. We are excited to continue to share Unit 123 with all returning and new guests and welcome your arrival!

Why they chose this property

What we love the most about our location is it's best beach in all of Grace Bay. Now with some of the new hotels being added to the beach, many areas have become too congested. Our white sands continue to be open and peaceful. Also, we just love the great service the staff provides, and that the resort is very well maintained, without feeling pretentious. Our unit is special for all the many reasons shared above - it is very private on the balcony with these magnificent unobstructed views of the beach and water. We know you will love it too!
