It can accommodate up to 3 people and is ideal for a couple.
The access is done in an autonomous way.

## Logement
Located on the 5th floor without elevator, the accommodation includes:
- a sleeping area on the mezzanine with a double bed;
- a corner relaxation with a convertible sofa;
- an equipped kitchen area;
- and a shower room.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and its location in the immediate vicinity of a tobacco shop and all commercial services (5 minutes on foot).

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, Television, Fan, Iron.

The studio is located near the subways lines 14, 5, 6 and 7.
You will find a supermarket "Carrefour Express" at the bottom of the building.

Sites of interest close to the apartment :
- the François-Mitterrand Library (11 minutes on foot) ;
- the Jardin des Plantes (18 minutes by bus);
- the Pantheon (21 minutes away); and many others...

## Emplacement
The 13th arrondissement of Paris is known for its Asian district, where many Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodians and Laotians met. The north of the arrondissement is more "classical" and includes important institutions such as the Bibliothèque Nationale de France and the district of the Olympiades.
It also has the advantage of being near the Montparnasse station known to be surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.

Lines 5, 7 and 6: Place d'Italie station: 10 minutes on foot.

Lines 27, 67 and N31: Nationale Station: 5 minutes on foot.

- From Paris-Orly Airport: 25 minutes by car.
