The housing with elevator. Located on the 10th floor, it includes :

- a fully equipped kitchen
- and a living room with a sofa bed.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and its location.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, oven.

The apartment is located near the "Corvisart" and "Maison Blanche" metro stations.
You will find a supermarket "Auchan" at 2 minutes on foot for your small daily purchases.

Sites of interest close to the accommodation :
- the Asian Quarter (18 minutes on foot),
- the Catacombs of Paris (19 minutes)
- and the Place d'Italie (10 minutes).

## Emplacement
The 13th arrondissement of Paris is known for its Asian district, where many Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodians and Laotians met. The north of the arrondissement is more "classical" and includes important institutions such as the Bibliothèque Nationale de France and the district of the Olympiades.
It also has the advantage of being near the Montparnasse station known to be surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
