Perfect little place

It's a quirky cozy spot on a nice side street in Paris' 13th. It was quiet and charming with fresh bakery smells in the morning.

Christel's apartmemt is in a truly lovely neighborhood out of the center of the city but with access to all. It was wonderful after being out all day to sit in a local cafe for dinner. Comfortable and attention to detain in all areas. Will be back!

Artsy apartment good for couple retreat

The apartment had a artsy vibe that was welcoming. It was clean and everything seemed to have its place. Only qualms was the shower curtain, noise from the street, and the door was hard to open.

L’appartement a été rendu propre, je n’ai eu aucun problème avec Jessica et son ami. En revanche j’ai été surpris par la froideur de ses messages dans nos échanges, tous sans « bonjour » ni « merci ».

I had an absolutely lovely stay at this apartment. It’s exactly as described: cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged, with everything you need for a comfortable visit. The location is fantastic — close to great restaurants, easy transportation options, and within walking distance of several major sights. Despite being so central, the apartment felt peaceful with all the plants throughout the place.Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and check‑in was simple. I really appreciated the care put into making the space welcoming.I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Cosy va bene

L'appartement est correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Il est bien organisé, très bien équipé et fonctionnel ! Si on aime la lecture il y a de quoi faire... La chambre donne sur la rue mais aucune gène, l'appartement étant bien insonorisé. De même aucune nuisance du voisinage... on se pensait seuls !Le quatier est très sympas avec de nombreux commerces de bouche... et le métro 14 est à 200m !Je recommande sans réserve, merci et à bietôt
