Super séjour dans une rue Calme, logement spacieux !

L’hôte est très réactif et disponible, le logement est très agréable à proximité du métro et de tous commerces dans une rue au calme. Seul bémol en ce qui concerne la propreté des lieux qui laisse à désirer.

Appartement à recommander

Cet appartement offre toutes les commodités dont on a besoin et davantage! Il est situé dans un quartier agréable, entouré de commerces de proximité, et très accessible en transport en commun pour les principales attractions touristiques. L'hôte répond très rapidement si on a des questions. De plus, j'allais à Paris pour travailler et l'appartement était assez convivial pour qu'on s'y réunisse. Tel que décrit, l'escalier pour aller à la chambre est raide. Bien que tout près du métro, la rue est très tranquille. SI je retourne à Paris, je vérifierai certainement si cet endroit est disponible.

Ideal pour découvrir Batignolles

Emplacement très bien, équipements adéquats et même plus… mais surtout: chambre au calme car au sous-sol. Hôte attentif et réactif! Mes seuls regrets: le manque de temps pour visiter le quartier… et le manque de luminosité dans l’appartement car le type de fenêtres (givrées) et leur emplacement ne le permet tout simplement pas. Encore merci Olivier pour toute cette géniale hospitalité!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très fonctionnel et très bien situé. Le propriétaire est très disponible et à l'écoute. Toujours soucieux du confort de ses hôtes. Je recommande cette adresse.

Great space to relax in a busy city with great amenities

Oliver was great at communicating throughout our stay and prior giving us advice on local places to eat, shop, etc. and assisting with understanding how to use some of the appliances. The lower bedroom stayed nice and cool throughout the heatwave we experienced while in Paris (100 degrees!!) The upstairs was very tolerable as there is no AC. There was some coffee and sparkling waters in the fridge and plenty of the pantry necessities to make a light meal like oil, salt and pepper. The kitchen had plenty of dishes for anything you might want to make. The big screen TV was not functioning which was out of his control and he communicated that to us prior to arrival. It would have been a nice touch but we were certainly not in Paris to watch TV : ) Overall we would definitely return to this space in the future, great neighborhood and close to the Metro.
