Malakoff

Property was great, the owner was amazing with her communication before, during and after our stay, the apartment can accommodate a party of 6, the apartment was clean and loved the automatic darkening metal shudders. Perfectly located to get to all of the Paris attractions but in a nice quiet neighborhood.

A delightful area

We enjoyed returning to Malakoff after hectic days in busy Paris, and sitting in the lovely square. The apartment had most things we needed but the oven did not work and the shower water took hours to drain away. We also found the papers relating to our stay unnecessarily threatening and would have welcomed some information about the area. Overall a good experience, thank you.

Dear travelers, we are delighted that you had a good stay. However, I would like to respond to your comments which do not reflect the truth. The oven is working normally, you still need to know how to read the instructions available (also in English), You are the first travelers to comment on the water pressure which is completely normal As for the instructions that you describe as threats, they are quite simply reminders, because it sometimes happens to receive people who do not always respect the rules, such as smoking inside the apartment when it is strictly prohibited, to arrive in much greater numbers than the number of travelers planned in the reservation, to organize events in the apartments etc... From experience we know that unfortunately some people are not always respectful of the place in which they are welcomed. So yes, we prefer to remind all our tenants of the instructions before their arrival, and as for information concerning the neighborhood and the surrounding area, you got it by consulting the apartment's website! But obviously you shouldn't have done that. Have a nice day :))
