It is a 25m2 studio, located on the 6th floor of a 7-storey building without elevator, exposed south side of a living room and north side a kitchen and shower room.
It consists of a living room with two windows, a small bathroom with shower and a toilet, a small kitchen Close to shops, restaurants and bars / brasseries and the theaters of Grands Boulevards. Located next to metro and bus stations.
You can easily move around Paris, a vélib station located at the bottom of the building. The banks of the Seine are 20 minutes away on foot, the Palais Royal, the Center Pompidou, les Halles 10 to 15 minutes on foot, rue Montorgueil 5 minutes.

This is a great location. Walking distance to so many sites if you like to walk and take it all in (metro is right there too). Lots of places to eat, have a coffee/drink and pixk up groceries. Loved it.

Great appartment with central location

It's a nice and small appartment for people with low budget. The location is central and you can walk to most locations in Paris. The host was super friendly and the communication was very easy.

Our family of 2 adults, 2 children (11 and 8) very much enjoyed our stay at Alexandre's. It was perfect to stay in a real Parisian apartment in an amazing location. We were able to walk or metro or Bolt taxi around. There were so many places to eat close by. Alexandre meet us on arrival and allowed us a late check out which meant we had almost another whole day in Paris. Yes it is small and it is a lived in apartment but for the price and location and true experience it was perfect.

Great budget stay in Paris

The place is small and on the 6th floor with no lift but you can’t get a better deal for the location. We planned on being out all day and only sleeping in the room so it was perfect for what we needed. Alexandre was really easy to communicate with and was really flexible during the check-in process. If you’re looking for 5 star then this isn’t the place for you, but if you’re looking for a centralized location for a great price, this is the place.

La casetta si trova in una zona molto centrale e vicina a tutto. Luminosissima ed accogliente, ci siamo stati in 4 molto bene. Alexandre è stato davvero gentile ed collaborativo dandoci l’appartamento nella mattina visto che arrivavamo prima.

Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Es war klar, dass die FeWo sehr klein ist, im 6.Stock ohne Fahrstuhl und in einer sehr bunt gemischten Gegend liegt, von wo aber viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Supermärkte, Cafe´s etc in zahlreicher Anzahl mehr oder weniger direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung an sich ist sonnig und groß genug für einen Städteurlaub für eine vierköpfige Familie. Wenn man denn Schränke und Kommode zum Verstauen der eigenen Kleidung nutzen könnte.Die Wohnung wird aber vom Eigentümer ebenfalls bewohnt, dieser lässt einen Teil seiner Kleidung dort, so dass im Endeffekt eine halbe Kleiderstange und sonst nichts nutzbar war. Bettdecken gab es für 1 Person, die anderen beiden konnten sich eine Wolldecke nehmen. auf Nachfrage wurde eine weitere Bettdecke herausgerückt. Bad wirkte kurz überputzt, die ungeputzte Badablage vollgestellt mit den Utensilien des Besitzers, der Spiegel vollgespritzt, die Bodenvorleger ungewaschen. Der Kühlschrank war ungeputzt und mit angefangenen Lebensmitteln vollgestellt, dreckige Schwämme z.t. ungespültes Geschirr, klebrige Ablagen und dreckige Deckchen rundeten das Bild ab. eine tür zwischen Küche und Bad gibt es nicht, ein Klppparavent bietet eigentliche keine Privatspäre, macht die Küche bei Toilettengängen Mitreisendernicht nutzbar. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht, wurde aber nach 2 Tagen dann behoben. Die Kommunikation mit dem durchaus netten Vermieter war gut, er war immer erreichbar, hatte auch eine Telefonnummer eines weiteren Freundes hinterlassen.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Paris

Alexandre très réactif et sympathique dans le cadre de nos échanges avant notre arrivée et très bon accueil de Francisco ! On a énormément apprécié l’emplacement de l’appartement et son l'équipement. Le frigo n’était pas vidé à notre arrivée ,nous aurions apprécié qu’il soit vide. Mais cela n’est un détail😉 nous gardons précieusement l’adresse !

Tolle mittendrin Unterkunft in Paris

Überraschend toll, weil die Unterkunft so zentral liegt. Wir haben fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten(Louvre, Mont Martre usw. zu Fuß ablaufen könnnen. 1x Metro für den Eifelturm, aber Metro fahren in Paris ist ein Muss! Der Vermieter ist ein toller Mensch. Bei Ankunft so unkompliziert, als hätte man sich schon jahrelang gekannt.

Zentral und ausreichend für 3 Nächte

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, man kriegt sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung. Schlüsselübergabe verlief einfach und ohne Probleme und sehr Freundlicher Empfang. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und liegt nur ein paar Minuten von der nächsten Metrostation entfernt. Der Preis für diese Lage ist Top. Die Wohnung ist klein und sehr charmant. Auf Sauberkeit wird hier allerdings keinen Wert gelegt und die Schlafgelegenheiten sind nicht sehr bequem und nicht wohltuend für den Rücken. Da wir die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen genutzt haben, hat sie für uns für drei Nächte ausgereicht.

Superlage, sehr gemütlich

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Wir waren als Familie mit Kindern unterwegs, und es war einfach toll, mitten in Paris in einer Original Pariser Wohnung leben zu können. Wir wussten, dass es keinen Aufzug in den 6. Stock gibt - und es war kein Problem für uns, wenn auch sportlich herausfordernd. :) Die Wohnung ist winzig, bietet aber selbst für vier Personen genug Raum und alles, was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. Bett und Schlafsofa waren sehr bequem. Obwohl die Wohnung superzentral gelegen ist, war die Straße sehr ruhig, insbesondere nachts. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, aber dafür ist es eben wie im "richtigen" Leben. Viele kleine interessante Antiquitäten und Sammlerstücke in der Wohnung. Bad war sehr sauber. Schöner Blick aus dem Fenster über Dächer, in den Himmel, auf die andere Straßenseite. Metro, Tabakladen, Supermarkt, Bioladen, Restaurants, Cafés, Damenmodegeschäfte - alles um die Ecke. Nicht weit von Chatelet/Les Halles und Centre Pompidou. Wir wurden von Alexandre abends persönlich empfangen, er ist supernett und alles war perfekt. Er hat uns auch sofort geantwortet, als wir zwischendurch eine Frage zur Waschmaschine hatten. Wir fanden es in diesem Apartment viel schöner und authentischer als irgendein anonymes Hotel. Vielen Dank!

Idéal pour un court sejour

L'appartement d'Alexandre est idéalement situé. Nous sommes venus pour un weekend sur Paris et avons pu profiter au maximum des environs. Le tout à pied (ce qui est très appréciable). L'accueil était très bien, la remise des clés, rapide, et les recommandations sur les environs, de bon conseil. Effectivement, l'accès à l'appartement au 6e étage est sportif mais nous étions prévenus dès l'annonce. Cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangé. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous remontons sur la capitale.
