This apartment is small but the way the host has arranged it makes everything very convenient. It’s in a great location! Really loved it-especially for the price! Only issue I had was carrying my suitcase up the stairs but that was just a slight inconvenience.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
This is a property that needs to be setup differently, and the listing needs to include more details. The stairs to the unit are challenging (I’m 44yo and in good shape). Is it on the 4th floor (actually the 5th floor in American terms) and up a very narrow spiral staircase. It is pitch dark at night and the light wouldn’t work. The interior is one room: a pull-out sofabed (full size), small kitchenette (with washer/dryer) and TV (it didn’t work). There is a little area to hang clothes as well. There are really no surfaces to lay out any items which is challenging - it was hard to find spots to unpack your suitcase and lay out clothes, and there was nowhere to set out things like toiletries and that sort of thing. The shower was impossibly small for a man my size (I’m 5’10, 185lbs). The smallest shower I’ve ever encountered (I understand European showers are small, but this was next level small). I could barely squeeze through the shower door. I booked this room specially for the clothes washer/dryer (was on an extended trip abroad), but there were no detergent options provided. I would recommend the property be provided with this as an amenity. I could not locate a place to buy this myself in the area. While the bed was comfortable enough, it is too large for the space. You have to tip toe around the bed to move from one side of the room to the other. I would suggest replacing the full sofabed with a twin bed (and listing the room as a single/twin room).
