Cocoonr Agency propose you, in Saint-Alban, this charming house entirely renovated, furnished and decorated in 2023 in harmonious colors with swimming pool, of a surface of 150 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², open fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of about 2 000 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 40 m² with two sofas, TV, Wifi
- A dining area with a large table for 8 guests
- An open kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle...
- Master bedroom : a queen-size bed (160x200) with a baby bed available

On the first floor :
- On the landing an office space that can accommodate two people.

Outside :
- A shared swimming pool of 4mx9m heated from April to October (opening dates not contractual). This one is covered by a high shelter which can be opened. The pool has an electric curtain for security in addition to the shelter which, once closed, offers a second security.
- A beautiful shared garden of 2,000 m², facing southwest.
- A private terrace of 25m², south facing, accessible from the living room with furniture for your lunches and dinners (charcoal barbecue, deckchairs)

The house is located in a hamlet between the towns of Saint Alban and Pléneuf Val André (3km from the town center and 4km from the beaches) on the axis of Erquy, Cap Fréhel. All shops at 3km, Pléneuf Val André, Saint-Alban including Supermarket with drive for your arrival.

Terra Lodge accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr Agency of Val André - Erquy - Fréhel and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys.

- Possibility to park at least 3 vehicles within the property. A closed garage in complement for small vehicles.

- Nearest train station: Lamballe (17 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard (44 minutes by car).

- All hotel quality bedding, sheets and towels provided.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool. Please note that we are delighted to welcome pets, however, for neighborly reasons, the number, size and relative noise must be announced at the time of booking.
- Any child swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
- Possibility of heating the pool outside this period: on estimate and on D-15 minimum.
- The pool area will be shared with the residents of the second house rented on the other part of the property, depending on the occupation.
- The lawn will be mowed by a robot at night.
