Wir sind mit unseren beiden Teenager, 16 Jahre jung, verreist. Der Check-in und die Betreuung durch unsere Ansprechpartnerin Valerie war großartig. Abstimmung völlig unkompliziert per WhatsApp. Reisetipps und Fragen wurden immer sofort zur vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. TOP! Der Terrassenbereich war super. Der Pool ebenfalls, aber nicht immer sauber. Die Nutzung des Pools soll im Inserat zeitlich begrenzt worden sein, was wir nicht gelesen haben. Mit Christian, dem Eigentümer, konnten wir uns aber sofort einigen, war völlig unproblematisch. Christian ist ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit, war immer da, wenn man ihn brauchte. Die Wohnung selbst entspricht leider nicht den perfekten Inseratbildern. Mobiliar war natürlich wie abgebildet vorhanden. Aber die Bilder im Inserat haben eine neu renovierte Wohnsituation dargestellt, die wir tatsächlich in der Form nicht vorgefunden haben. Im Bad haben wir Schimmel an der Wand vorgefunden. Löcher früherer Toilettenrohre waren noch offen. Die Holznachtschränkchen in den Schlafzimmern haben muffig gerochen. Die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit hat sich durch die gesamte Wohnung gezogen. Betten/Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Insgesamt hat aber der wunderschöne Terrassen-und Gartenbereich entschädigt, was in der Wohnung Abzüge gebracht hat. Nicht unerwähnt wollen wir die Mückenplage lassen: die Mücken sind hier doch schon unfassbar belastend! Kennen wir in dieser Hartnäckigkeit nicht. Lage: zentral, fussläufig aber nichts zu erreichen.

Merci de votre retour.
Je suis en effet très chanceux de pouvoir travailler avec Valérie, qui se trouve être une grande professionnelle.
Je suis désolé de lire vos critiques, je me permets de vous répondre sur quelques points.
J’ai passé une heure tous les matins autour de la piscine, afin de la nettoyer (robot, épuisette),
Je ne pouvais pas faire plus en tant que particulier.
Il est inévitable d’avoir des feuilles dans la journée, la piscine étant entourée d’arbres.
Dans mon annonce de départ, j’avais posé en effet quelques restrictions à son accès afin de bénéficier moi-même de quelques moments privés, sachant que toutes mes pièces de vie (chambre, cuisine, salon et terrasse) font face à la piscine.
Compte tenu de cette expérience, j’ai décidé de ne plus inclure la piscine dans le logement en proposant des prix plus attractifs.
Concernant l’humidité ambiante, l’aération de la salle de bain se fait en grande partie par l’ouverture de la fenêtre après chaque douche ; si celle-ci reste fermée il est inévitable d’avoir de l’humidité qui se répand dans l’appartement.
Le trou constaté n’est pas un passage de tuyauterie manquante, mais une aération. J’attends depuis plusieurs semaines la livraison de la grille.
Enfin, la qualité principale de ma localisation est d’être à la campagne dans un endroit très tranquille, loin du tumulte, tout en étant à proximité immédiate de la plage, Antibes et Cannes (10 minutes).
Pour ceux qui recherchent la commodité de la proximité immédiate de la plage et des magasins (au détriment du calme cependant), je conseillerais plutôt de choisir une location appropriée.
J’espère que malgré ces quelques inconvénients, votre séjour s’est bien déroulé et que vous reviendrez me voir.
