The studio of the Petru Maria residence is a small independent house composed of a living room with kitchen, dining area, 2-seater sofa bed, a bathroom and a pretty covered terrace with a barbecue.
Only a few kilometers from Propriano and its beaches. it is the ideal place for a couple looking for a base to explore the south of the island. In addition, many activities: golf, horse riding, hiking are accessible in less than 15 minutes.
After a beautiful day filled with activities and discoveries, you will also appreciate its calm environment.
The linen is provided. For your comfort we carry out the end of stay cleaning, however we will ask you to throw out the trash, empty the fridge, wash and put away the dishes, failing which 100€ could be deducted from your deposit.
Upon your arrival you will have to pay a deposit of €400 and pay the tourist tax according to the booking platform.
Pets are not allowed, the accommodation is non-smoking.
