You will hear noise of the demolition of the existing stucco and may have swing stages and workers on the east side exterior of the building outside the windows. For the duration of the project, the courtyard (east side) and portion of the upper parking garage will be closed for access. This condo is located on the east side of the tower.

This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is a gem, featuring TWO private balconies—one off the living room and one off the master bedroom! Recently renovated by its new owners, you'll fall in love with the masterfully redesigned kitchen and bathrooms, along with the lovely décor throughout. Plus, the unit comes with a golf cart, adding the final perfect touch to an amazing vacation!

Enjoy stunning views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and master suite, which features a king-size bed and a beautiful private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed adorned with calming ocean colors. In the guest bathroom, a bathtub/shower combo awaits, perfect for the kids to enjoy a relaxing bath after a day at the beach. For additional guests, there's a queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa, both equipped with new memory foam mattresses.

Beachside Two sits directly on the beach, just steps away from the beach boardwalk. The building offers guests WiFi, a seasonally-heated solar pool with grills at the pool deck, an exercise room, and covered parking.

On evenings when you want to dine out, head to The Village at Baytowne Wharf, offering an outstanding array of restaurants from fine dining to pizza, sushi, and more. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay. Even though the week ended up being chillier than hoped, the view truly could not have been better. Ours kids still endlessly enjoyed playing in the sand and the heated pool and spa. We also appreciated the convenience of having a golf cart to zip around the local areas. Back at the condo, we enjoyed the fast internet and assortment of board games provided. The washer/dryer in the unit and open kitchen allowed us to feel at home and the decor felt bright and cheery. The atmosphere was quiet and the other families were friendly. It was easy to jump onto the main roads and visit sights around the area as well. All in all, this was a wonderful location and we are already dreaming of our next visit. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available!

This condo was amazing!! Perfect location to beach and pool! The Baywarf area is amazing and so many things to do. The golf cart that came with the condo made the trip so much more fun and accessible. Our family had a blast! Lisa the property manager was great and easy to get a hold of.

Great week on the beach...

Just as viewed online. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was stocked. The golf cart was very convenient making it easy to get to all stores and restaurants.

Great Beach

Beach, condo, view are all great. The condo was not cleaned very well. The toilet seat was dirty, hair on the floor, shower dirty, black mildew on the shower floor, coffee pot has never been wiped down, counter was sticky. The mattress and pillows in the master were very firm and uncomfortable to us, but that is a matter of preference. Overall would stay again as the location to the beach was great!

The golf cart was a huge bonus and the only means of transportation we used during our stay. My only complaint was that the master bedroom never cooled down but was bearable if used the ceiling fan and the shower water got cold after about 2 minutes so we took cold/lukewarm showers every day. Otherwise, it was a great condo to rent!

I will come back again. It wa easy to access, loved the gated entrance, the parking was safe to since I was alone on this trip. The view was stunning, the staff was kind and if I needed anything it was taken care of. The summer time would be so fun to be here with the pool and ease to get to the beach.

Labor Day Ling Weekend

We enjoyed our visit. Condo is in great location. Good views. Met all our basic needs and expectations. Easy to beach, pool, beach attendants, and Beach House restaurant is right next door. Ice machine on ground floor to fill your cooler. Golf cart was awesome! We had a couple of minor issues (ie golf cart was not fully charged for our arrival) but the management group was on top of it. Great service and very responsive. Our only complaint was the master bedroom did not cool down like the rest of the condo and the mattress was very uncomfortable.

Take me back!!

This condo is all that it is presumed to be and more. The balcony was one of my favorite places in the condo. The view is exquisite. My mom traveled with me(73) and on days she didn’t feel like going downstairs the balcony gave her just what she needed. The cleanliness of the condo was spot on, not a crumb in sight. There was a slight smell when you first walk in, maybe like a old cleaning rag that had been used throughout the condo by the cleaning crew( keen nose for smells). No worries it was far from a deal breaker for us. I would definitely without a DOUBT stay here again. The surrounding area is gorgeous. Kudos and 5 stars for this condo!!!!!!

The second month the balconies were closed and windows boarded up. Like living in a cave with intense noise. I doubt the owners or Platinum knew the construction would be this intrusive are they wouldn’t have rented it. I felt a discount would have been appropriate. To their credit Platinum did give us the opportunity to get out of our contract before arrival. The condo itself was great. It was modern, clean and had a great view when available.

It was okay

pros: great beach area, convenient to the area fun, condo was very clean and mostly remodeled cons: air conditioner does not blow well in the master bed/bath and there is a 5-6 degree difference between the living area and those areas. When you turn it down cool enough to cool the bedroom, the unit freezes up. A maintenance guy looked at it and agreed and was supposed to get a call from management but did not. Wasn't a big deal due to the weather but not great. Shower runs out of hot water after about 2-3 minutes. Pool area was unusable due to the construction which started at 6:00am and ran till 5:00pm and they worked on Saturday and the noise can be heard throughout the unit and everywhere outside. Condo was nice enough but I'd wait about 6 months before I went back.

Thank you Joey for your feedback. We did call out Green Air Controls, our HVAC experts, the next day when you first experienced the issue. Aaron the Property Manager called and left a message on your voicemail stating that Green Air would be out sometime that day to look at the HVAC system. We have found a minor issue with the HVAC system that will require a permanent fix after you departure however they left the system in good working order. We apologize for the construction going on at Beachside Two, renovations are needed for the safety of the building and their owners and guests. We do provide this information at the very top of the listing details so anyone who books is aware of the construction prior to booking. We hope to welcome you back in the future! Reviewer Comments: We loved our condo and having a golf cart to ride around Sandestin was wonderful. My only complaint is the washer started leaking the first day there and it took 4 days to get a solution which wasn’t much of a solution for us. They offered us another room 4 floors up, well with two children we couldn’t go back and forth to do laundry so we ended up dealing with it.. We also noticed the condo wasn’t the cleanest, dried sauce on the counter(we didn’t eat in at all so it wasn’t from us) the shower was dirty, there was a screw driver in the second bathroom tub/shower, and under the master bed was filthy. Outside of those issues we throughly enjoyed our stay. We weren’t huge fans of the pool at Beach 2, so we drove to the aquatic center pool which was great for our young kids!

Condo was very nice and clean. We had a couple minor issues but Maintenance was very quick in responding and taking care of issue. Golf cart was great to have, we rented a car and we didn’t even need to. Golf cart got us to grocery store and little shops in Sand Destin. Definitely recommend this place .

Would most definitely consider visiting again in the future.

We loved sitting outside listening to the ocean. We used the golf cart to explore the entire SanDestin area and to go to restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked with all sorts of cooking implements. The only downside I can think of was the hot water in the master shower ran out quickly, but there was plenty of water pressure!
