We propose to you with the hiring, in Amiens, this charming studio, entirely remade with nine at the beginning of 2023 of a surface of 25 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room with a night corner, an equipped kitchenette, a shower room and you can enjoy a terrace. Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The apartment is south-west facing and is composed as follows
- A living room with TV (Molotov & Netflix), Wifi (fiber optic), sofa, dining area and a sleeping area separated by a glass roof with double bed (140×190).
- A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside :
- A terrace of about 10 m² with furniture (plancha, table and chairs) to enjoy the beautiful days

The studio is ideally located in Amiens, close to the city center, the universities and the CHU, in a very pleasant and calm environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
