We propose to you to the rent, in Lavilledieu, this charming house of lime pit foot completely renovated, air-conditioned with jacuzzi available of May at the end of September, of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 60 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of about 1 400 m². We are waiting for you !

The south-facing apartment is composed as follows:
Day space:
- An entrance with wall cupboard (closet, shoe drawer and board games).
- A living room of 60 m² with TV (82 inches), Wifi, sofa, billiards and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, hood, Senseo espresso machine... and dining area with 3 bar chairs.
- A storeroom with washing machine, dryer, indoor drying rack, refrigerator with freezer part, steam defroster, closet, storage closet.
Night space:
- Bedroom 1 (facing East): a queen-size bed (160×200), a TV and a wall closet with two closets.
- Bedroom 2 (West facing) : a double bed (140×190), a TV, a wall cupboard with a closet, a desk corner and a bookcase.
- Bedroom 3 (West facing) : a double bed (140×190) and a wall cupboard with a closet.
- A shower room with Italian shower, storage space, an anti-fog mirror (bluetooth) and a toilet.

Exterior:
- A jacuzzi available from May to the end of September, the rest of the year on request, which can accommodate up to 7 guests with a hydrojet massage system equipped with 180 bubble diffusers and 10 hydromassage jets.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 1,400 m² with a trampoline, a swing with a slide, badminton games and a ping-pong table.
- A terrace of about 100 m² facing south with furniture (sunbeds, table and chairs, garden furniture and parasol) to enjoy the beautiful days.
- Possibility to play petanque on the path or on a field in front of the house.

For even more comfort: cot, gas barbecue, deep fryer, outdoor clothesline, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, raclette machine, pancake machine... 2 adult bicycles are available, one with a baby carrier, 1 draisienne and 1 child's bicycle.

The house is ideally located near the center of the village of Lavilledieu, in a very pleasant environment, quiet and isolated, without opposite. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants (including a starred restaurant "l'Auberge de Montfleury"), bars, wine cellar, market... We recommend pizza at Pik'anto.

- Nearest airport : Montpellier Méditerranée (2h00 by car).

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only, subject to modification by our partner.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the household appliances after use.
