All local amenities you could want in Telluride are easily walkable from Pacific Place - grocery stores, restaurants, saloons, galleries, shops, Town Park, and free gondola to Mountain Village. If you're driving to Telluride, an individual parking space and town permit for street parking are provided during your stay.

The three-level layout is perfect for families or for groups of adults with 3 bedrooms on the entry-level below an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the 2nd level. Upon entering, there is space for gear and shoes with cubbies , benches and hooks. The first level features high ceilings and new finishes throughout There are two new bathrooms adjacent to the bedrooms. Bed/bedroom configurations: Primary bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet plus private bath with new walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 1 with queen size bed and large, walk-in closet shares the 2nd bathroom with Guest bedroom 2 which has two twin beds. Loft has a cozy leather trundle (twin) and desk with views of Bear Creek. All bathrooms have recently been remodeled with high-end finishes, vanities, and showers including a steam shower in the primary bath.

There is a stackable washer-dryer unit off the kitchen and spiral stairs to the loft. We've thought of everything you need and you'll want to return again and again to Pacific Place for your Telluride getaway.

Guest Review: “We loved our stay on Pacific Avenue. The condo is in a great location. Just a quick walk to the gondola close to great shops and the grocery mart. The condo has wonderful storage for ski gear and great closets to store all packed items. The bedrooms were very comfortable and worked perfectly for our family, with great space on the main floor to spread out. The loft had a great daybed and desk, which was perfect for my daughter to do online kindergarten in the mornings before skiing. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to cook all the meals we planned to eat in, including a few dinners. The set up of the condo is perfect for families or even a couples getaway. We will be certain to stay here again."
