About this property

Harcourt priory

The holiday rental is a former 17th-century priory built on the site of an even older 13th-century priory in the hamlet known as “L’Abbaye du Parc.”<br>The house was completely renovated in 2014. <br>On the ground floor, there is a large living area with a kitchen and dining room that open onto the living room, featuring large windows overlooking a park where, at times, you can see deer roaming.<br> It includes three large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom spread across three levels. It features two bathrooms with toilets, a shower room, and a separate bathroom.<br>A building equipped with a table tennis table, foosball table, pool table, and darts is available for use.<br>A table, garden chairs, and lounge chairs are set up in a large, quiet garden with no neighbors directly across.<br>In the village of Harcourt, you’ll find many shops, including a bakery, a supermarket, a restaurant, a tea room, an auto repair shop, a café, a hair salon, and even a beauty salon!<br>The Evreux–Le Bec Helluin greenway runs right next to the house, where you can enjoy car-free cycling or walking with the kids.<br>Supermarkets are 6 km away (Brionne).<br>You can play tennis on the community court for a fee of 15 euros per family.<br>Weekly markets are held in Neubourg, Brionne, and Bernay.<br>Swimming pools in Neubourg (6 km) and Bernay (25 km)<br>Cinemas in Neubourg and Bernay (ciné club)<br>Canoeing and kayaking available in Beaumont-le-Roger<br><br>Places to visit: <br>Castles:<br>Harcourt Castle, a medieval castle renovated in the 17th century.
