As soon as you enter, you will discover a cabin equipped with 2 80cm bunk beds, as well as a pantry with practical storage. The bathroom, with WC, ensures your comfort. The kitchenette, equipped with a small refrigerator, 2 electric hotplates and a hood, will allow you to prepare your meals with ease. The living room, facing south, includes a dining area, a small television and a 140 cm sofa bed.
The covered balcony of approximately 6.50 m², with its furniture, offers you a pleasant outdoor space, facing south and facing the greenery.
This apartment, easy to maintain thanks to its parquet flooring, is bright and not overlooked. It benefits from an excellent location: the Casino supermarket is 200 meters away, the city center 400 meters away, in a quiet environment.
A designated parking space is available (visible from the apartment's balcony!).
