A second bedroom with 1 single bed + 2 bunk beds + 1 sink. Travel cot with mattress, changing table with mattress, baby bath.<br><br>On the ground floor, a landing that can be used as a reading/rest area with a south-facing, very sunny exposure with roof windows. This landing leads to a very warm lounge area with wood stove + a semi-professional kitchen with a 5-burner gas piano / 2 ovens, a professional dishwasher, a large capacity refrigerator cabinet, a stainless steel work table as well as a microwave, an electric coffee maker and a 4-insert toaster + a dining room (2 tables for 8 people).
