Casa Willow is located in a mature neighborhood of North Scottsdale, convenient to all the culture and natural beauty the Valley has to offer; as well as just a few minutes to the Mayo Clinic. This quaint residence boasts a large lot with plenty of play room in the backyard. Guests will enjoy the private pool, separate 8 person above-ground hot tub, built-in BBQ grill area for cooking and enough lounge areas to accommodate the entire party.

Upon entering the home, the main living area invites you in with comfortable leather seating, 67” TV, and Blue Ray/DVD player to enjoy a theater-style movie night. The authentic rustic French doors make the outdoor pool table accessible from the living room. The spacious kitchen boasts granite countertops, and opens to a large eat-in dining area.

The home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, comfortably accommodating 8 guests. The master suite with king-sized bed and 55" TV opens to the backyard and has an en-suite bathroom, complete with granite countertops and over-sized walk-in shower. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, small office desk with internet. The third bedroom also features a queen-sized bed and walk in closet, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has hard wood floors, and the shared bathroom has granite countertops and travertine shower/tub.

This home is the perfect playground for your next trip to Scottsdale!

Backyard Shangri-La

The location was excellent with all the outdoor recreation very close. Shopping was very handy…. The backyard was the draw for us. Very large yard with pool and hot tub, plus a large tree with many varieties of birds singing. We would return.

We had a great time. This house was great. In a great location very near a grocery store and plenty of restaurants. The pool was nice. The house was clean. Would definitely stay again. The manager allowed us to stay late because our flight wasn't until 5:50, which was very generous.

This place is even better than I thought it was going to be: quiet, peaceful, close to everything and a gorgeous house! Wes was our point person and he did a great job communicating with us. He met us at the house and answered all of our questions about the house and local area. We even got complimentary chip and water!:) Thanks for letting us stay at your great place!

Great location for Spring Training games

The property had everything we needed from cooking to hot tubbing to lounging. The beds are very comfortable. Justin was great to work with and answered any questions we had as well as remedied one issue quickly with the hot tub. I would recommend this house in a quiet neighborhood. The only interesting deal was how low the light switches and mirrors are but that’s not an issue.

The property was clean and the kitchen was well supplied with cookware and dishes. The online pics were accurate except the outside pool table was junk. Beautiful pool/backyard. Check in was easy except I had to contact the team person assigned to us the day prior to us arriving as I hadn’t heard anything from him.

Some disappointment

Communication with the property manager L8Vacations was very good at first. However, we reported some important issues as soon as we arrived (BBQ didn't work, broken spa cover and lights) and no one came to fix anything during our week-long stay. Living room furniture is worn out but beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Location is very good and in a quiet neighborhood. We would recommend it after the owners repair what's broken and invest to refurbish the place.

We used the outdoor grill, the hot tub, and even the pool (very briefly as it's chilly this time of year!). The location of the house is near a supermarket (Sprouts), movie theaters, and hiking trails in the McDowell Mountain Park Reserve. We cooked dinner in the house 6 nights out of 7 and found the kitchen to be well stocked. Overall, the house was great.
