Nestled in a peaceful, lush setting overlooking the banks of the Evel River, the cottage features 1 office and a gym. It’s a 20–25-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Guidel or a 35-minute drive from those of Etel or the Gulf of Morbihan. HIGHLIGHTS: House renovated in 2023, cotton sheets, 6 bedrooms, 1 children’s dormitory, 1 outdoor fire pit, patio furniture for 15, 1 BBQ, and a fireplace in winter. A playground paradise for young and old alike (pétanque, field hockey, archery, billiards, Breton palets, badminton, wooden games, balls, a huge library of board games and comic books...) with a stream running below the grounds.

Passer Noël avec la famille j Le but était de rassembler la famille k Le gîte est convenable. Pour les enfants, la grande salle de jeux est sympa L'équipement du gîte, en revanche, un peu juste pour un gîte de 12 personnes. Manque d'assiettes et elles sont dépareillées pas d'assiettes à dessert., pas de grand plat de service Manque d'assiettes et elles suont dépareillées. Pas d'assiettes à dessert. Pas de mixer,.. Parfait pour un séjour en groupe

La maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, elle est spacieuse et bien équipée. Parfait pour un séjour entre amis. La grande salle de jeu est un plus, notamment en cas de pluie, pour faire des activités en groupe (babyfoot, pétanque...). Excellent contact avec le propriétaire qui est très disponible en cas de questions. Merci !
