Pleasant studio apartment with a stunning sea view on the 2nd floor of a beachfront residence, south-facing, no elevator.
Sleeps three: a sofa bed in the living area and a single bed in the sleeping alcove. Kitchenette equipped with a two-burner ceramic cooktop and microwave.
The shower room and toilet are separate.

Extras: refrigerator with freezer, TV, and smart speaker. Direct beach access and private parking space #105.

The seaside resort of Carnon-Plage is the closest resort to Montpellier (13 km, about 15 minutes drive). It is a family resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte where you will find many activities. You can also find shops and restaurants on the beach or on the port. Local markets are organized 3 times a week during the summer period and a craft market is present on the port every Wednesday.
The good: ideally located on the 1st line with a view, quick access to the beach. Accommodation located about thirty minutes walk from the port and shops and a few minutes by car
