The cubic-designed M House was entirely conceived and designed by its owners. Located on the Canebas hill in Carqueiranne, at the foot of the La Colle Noire massif, with a breathtaking view of the sea, this 280 m2 contemporary architect\'s house is situated in an exceptional environment. Away from the village, it is about a fifteen-minute walk from the charming Pradon beach.



As soon as you arrive at the M House, the setting is established. The Hyères-les-Palmiers roadstead opens its arms to you. Wherever you are, the view of the great blue is omnipresent. The entire villa has been designed so that you never lose sight of the azure of the Mediterranean. As a signature, the architect has created an angled bay window in the living room to appreciate the panorama in giant size.



The house has 5 suite-style bedrooms, with a sea view, if it is still necessary to specify. For relaxation, you will appreciate the secret spot of the M House located upstairs, suspended on a net, as if you were on a catamaran. For sofa evenings, the living room turns into a cinema room.



Outside, you will enjoy the infinity pool and its wooden terrace, a jacuzzi, all with a 360°C view. The exterior is equipped with a boules court, a summer kitchen with a pizza oven and a play area for children. You will love living to the rhythm of the sun, from sunrise to sunset.
