Walk to the downtown coffee houses and breweries from the only mansion that blends a clean modern aesthetic with the rustic industrial flavor allowing your crew to soak in the essence of this Route 66 gateway to the Grand Canyon. This stunning 12-bedroom, 12-bath luxury retreat is smartly styled with clean new amenities. Your crews downtown abode is trimmed out with bricks and weathered woods to accentuate your downtown vibe in this historic train town. The mansion has 5 social gathering areas so adults can reconnect un-interrupted while the kids burn off steam in the massive game room.

Juniper Retreat has 2 distinct and fully contained accommodation levels with separate entrances,
kitchens, dining/living room areas, and full-size washers and dryers. Each level boasts 6 suites
(total 12) consisting of 4 queen bed suites and 2 double twin bed suites, and the twin bed suites
can conveniently be converted to king upon request. All suites have a closet for tucking away
travel items and ensuite private bathrooms with shower/tub combo, large vanity, and highgrade
fixtures.

Whether needing space to meet, dine, or play, Juniper Roost rises to the occasion, and guests
will love the wide variety of impressive gathering spaces that are available to reconnect with
loved ones or get on the same page with their team. The grand formal dining hall is ideal for
hosting group collaboration sessions, board meetings, and rehearsal or family reunion dinners.
An oversized game room and outdoor entertaining deck on the 3rd level provide the ultimate
spot for team building, after-work down time, or an all-around great place for the kids (or the
kid in you) to hang out. After a few rounds of games – take your pick from pool, air hockey,
foosball, and vintage arcade to classic board games – sit back and relax in the outdoor 7-person
hot tub or by one of the gas flame firepits. Perched 3 floors up with unobstructed views of
downtown and the peaks, everyone will agree this is the hot spot to chill at the end of the day.

hustle and a little traffic noise during certain times of the day.

same day turn around and offer the same clean and ready experience for all our guests.

Early check-in cannot be approved/confirmed until three (3) days prior to arrival to allow same
day turnaround for our guests. If early check-in is requested and approved there is an
applicable fee of $100.00 for early arrivals.

Booking Juniper Roost represents a significant investment in your group being together in this
amazing building. With all the uncertainties in travel, flight cancellations, and COVID, we urge
our guests to buy trip insurance for coverage in the case that interruptions force you to cancel
your stay with us. We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds.

The best for big groups!

Stayed here with my large family for a couple nights and it was perfect! Everyone had their own space but there were plenty of common areas to eat and play games and hang out. Very clean and updated. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing time at this property! The house is beautiful and it has tons of space! We loved that each floor has a full equipped kitchen and it made making meals a lot easier! Also every room has its own bathroom. Not to mention all the fun entertainment on the third floor! I highly recommend it!!!

Great property for large group

We had 16 people stay at this house for 3 nights. It was very well equipped and conveniently located within flagstaff. The property manager was super responsive and helpful with all our requests. I would definitely stay here with my group again.

The house was amazing. Everything we needed was there and if you ran out of anything, Nicole was right there to get us what we needed. So much to keep the kids entertained and close to downtown and a short ride to Snowbowl. Everyone was so attentive and easy work with. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Leadership Retreat

We hosted our leadership retreat at the Juniper Roost and our team had a wonderful time! We had plenty of space and it was exactly what we needed for our team workshops. Will be back again!

To sum it up quickly this was exactly what we needed. We came for a technician retreat and that’s exactly what we got. Great lodging with plenty of space for everyone to have their own room, fun Amenities on site as well as nearby amenities were extremely relaxing. Would recommend this location every time.

Beautiful place!!!

We brought a large group here for Page tour excursions. All of our guests raved about the is property! The manager was very communicative, prompt and helpful. We really enjoyed the multiple gathering locations that this property offered. The large dining room was ideal for meetings, the rooftop was a nice relaxing area and the game room was a bonus! Having a bathroom in every room was ideal for early group outings. Two kitchens, one per floor, was also a nice touch. All around great stay.. very clean, close to freeway, and great host. Will stay here again!

Great house

Our group of 15 stayed here for a yoga retreat. The upstairs game room is large enough for 15 people to practice yoga comfortably. The house is new and very clean ... the hot tub was great! Nicole, the property manager, was great to work with, and responded to all needs very quickly! We used a chef that Nicole recommended and Chef Fiona was fantastic. Very comfortable and spacious house for a group! Bedrooms are large and have ensuite bathrooms. Highly recommended, nice place to stay!

Perfect place for a large group with different interests.

We had 22 people, all family, aged 3 to 81 and it suited us all. There was plenty of room to spread out, or to have privacy. The hot tub on the third floor was a favorite. It’s a little hard to find the entrance and instructions could be better about that and walking steep steps to the third floor is a little hard for oldet people, but otherwise perfect. Everyone loved the place. Highly recommend for family or corporate gatherings.

We loved our stay in Flagstaff at this wonderful property. The layout and location is perfect for large groups. Especially accommodating for large groups of different ages!! We were infant to 60. Supplies well stocked, kitchens nicely furnished to make meal preparation easy and fun. Inside parking was a perk. Great thought has gone into making this the perfect getaway. Would we stay here again? 100% yes!

Amazing

This property did not disappoint. It was super clean, beautiful, and absolutely perfect. We rented both levels, so there was more than enough space for everyone. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the dining hall accommodated everyone. The upstairs game room was incredible. We had board games going in the living area - card games going at the pub table - and each additional game utilized by our group - while some of us were enjoying the hot tub. It was the absolute best. We have since asked for all the other properties that they manage, and we plan to rebook again. 11/10 - can't wait to return!

This is an ideal property for large groups! I stayed here with my extended family (12) and we never felt on top of one another since there was so many spaces to hang together or enjoy the solitude of your own guest suite with private bathroom.Having a kitchen in each floor was very convenient and the game room was a wonderful place to hang out and play games without risking bothering any guests in the floors below who might want to enjoy more quiet time.The property is well kept, nicely appointed and conveniently located within a mile or two of shopping options in case you forgot anything. Hosts were extremely responsive throughout the stay. Highly recommend!

We booked this large home so my fiance, now husband, abd i could host both of our families for our wedding. We had the reception in the beautiful dining room and it was perfect. The house fit us all perfectly! The host, Nicole, was great at getting back to me quickly with any concerns I had, and resolved them quickly....she was awesome!

Excellent host with exceptional communication. Location is a quick walk to bars and restaurants. Plenty of parking behind the house and in the huge garage. I had 16 men, and we had more than enough space to spread out.

This was a perfect location and setup for our week long family reunion! Having two fully equipped kitchens made meal prep a breeze. Check in was super simple and for the very few questions I had, we received an answer almost immediately. When the week long reunion ended, everyone said they would want the next one to be in Flagstaff again if we could stay here again!

Family Trip

We had a family reunion in Flagstaff and 17 of us stayed in that one house. It was perfect for our stay! The kitchen was well-appointed and it was very convenient to have a bathroom in each bedroom. The 3rd floor game room gave is plenty to do in our spare time. The large dining room accommodated other family members who were also staying in the area. This place had plenty of room for all of us and allowed for us to break off into other areas of the house for a bit of quiet time. The views were beautiful and there was also a convenient market across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

40th Anniversary

The house was great for our group. We had a get together for our 40th anniversary. There was so much space for everyone and the game room was great. It was a last minute bookings, we had to change venues because of wildfires and the management was so responsive. They responded to quickly to every question.

The perfect place for a large group

I take an annual motorcycle trip with my friends. This was the perfect place to start and end our days. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, Jerome & Verde Canyon are easy to get to. Great location, everything you need is within walking distance. Plenty of parking, we had room for 10 big touring bikes in the garage. The roof top was the perfect place to hang out and talk about our day. The host was very quick to respond and very helpful as well. We'll be back!

Family Vacation 2025

This house was absolutely perfect for our annual family trip. This 12 bedroom home gave everyone lots of privacy, but had so much common areas. The game room was thoughly enjoyed by all ages. This home is centally located for all sites in this beautiful state. Check was real easy. The host, Nicole was awesome. I highly recommend this location for any large group. Absolutely perfect. Great Location, Great Amenities, Clean Property

I hosted a work event with people staying from multiple states at this location. It was fantastic! Lots of space for meetings and meals. We had lots of fun with the games upstairs. There were some items broken or not working properly when we arrived, and the owner was ON IT very quickly - responded within a few minutes and even came over. It was a wonderful place and we are hoping to stay here again. Everyone was super impressed.
