Schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich sehr schöne Zimmer. Handtücher und Bettwäsche alt und sehr einfach gehalten. Leider ist das boxspring bett keins mehr besteht nur aus ner federkern Matratze und dem topper leider dadurch sehr weich und nicht so bequem. Sehr zentral gelegen aber ruhig gelegen. Strand in der nähe war schön haben aber im nachbarort ne super kleine Bucht gefunden.

Közel van a strand mégis csendes, nyugodt környék, pihenésre abszolút alkalmas. - Az ágyakon a matracok nagyon kényelmetlenek. Nem rugós, új matracokra lenne szükség.

Big, beach is OK for family. But dirty with pesky older women and too arrogant younger daughter!

It is big and it has place for 5 people. - Dirty, no toilet paper, No Grill, no backyard (the photographs lie about big nice backyard, there is one but it is private and you can not use it). THEY HAVE cockroaches. I filmed one but the movie is too long to upload. Gonna poste YouTube link.

Apartmán plně vyhovoval, blízko k moři, voda překvapivě čistá (blízkost doku). Pro zpestření doporučuji navštívit pláž Sabličevo - romantické zákoutí, průzračná voda (autem cca 8km od apartmánu).

Die Lage ist so, dass man mit Bus+Bahn gut anreisen kann. Man braucht hier kein Auto, auch nicht zum Einkaufen. Zum Kiesstrand sind es 200m bergab. - Das kostenpflichtige WLAN der Vermieterin ist eine Katastrophe, besser direkt eine prepaid Karte kaufen.

Nichts ist so wie es scheint !

Die Wohnung und die Aufteilung der Zimmer war sehr gut. Nur es fehlte das Geschirr und Besteck für 5 Personen. Die Küche war Neu aber die Schutzfolie durfte nicht entfernt werden. Der Kühlschrank war defekt weil die Klappe zum Gefrierfach fehlte. Es fehlte der Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine sollte einmal entkalkt werden. Auch waren bei den Schränken im Wohnzimmer oder Küche einige Türscharniere defekt. Es darf nur eine Terrasse am Eingang benutzt werden, die zweite gehört zum Vermieter. Die Balkontür im Esszimmer durfte nicht geöffnet werden. Es fehlte eine Klimaanlage bzw es durfte kein Ventilator benutzt werden. Somit war es stickig obwohl die Fenster und Türen geöffnet wurden. Das man für WLAN - WiFi 2 Euro pro Tag bezahlen muss das nur Nachts von 00.00 - 06.00 Uhr richtig funktioniert ist eine Frechheit, man bekommt kein Geld zurück trotz Beanstandung. Der Weg zur Wohnung ist sehr steil, auch zum Strand ist der Weg beschwerlich. In direkter Nachbarschaft spielt ein Boccia Club bis Nachts 24.00 Uhr, was nicht sehr leise von sich geht. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto wegen der Ein- , und Ausladung des Gepäcks gestaltet sich schwierig, Steil und sehr enge Gasse. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist 200 m entfernt dafür aber kostenlos eben und im Steilhang. Auch die ständige Kontrolle des Vermieters was sich gerade ereignet war nicht mit einer Privatsphäre zu vergleichen. Auch die Ameisenregimenter die am Haus auf und ab und im Terrassenbereich marschierten zeugten nicht von Behaglichkeit. Für Kinder und ältere Personen ist es beschwerlich.

lokalizacja i wielokość apartamentu ok - właścicielka wyszła przywitać nas i zakwaterować w brudnej pokoszulce, w kuchni narożnik i krzesła - brudne siedziska,wymięty obrus na stole,może był uprany ale widoczne plamy, wymięte serwety w sypialniach i zupelnie bez sensu wymieta serweta w lazience na pralce. Ubogo wyposażona kuchnia - garnki, filiżanki; kuchnia na zdjęciach wyglda dobrze, ale meble to starocie,mało estetyczne; W Rijece bylismy przejazdem, spaliśmy 2 noce więc dało się wytrzymać, na dluzszy pobyt zdecydowanie odradzam

A tengerpart, és a strand szép és tiszta volt. - Az utcák piszkosak voltak. Sok volt a szemét. A szállás környezetében az éttermek korán / 20 óra / zártak.
