Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off the heat and fan if you have it on, thermostat to the “OFF” mode so nothing is running.
Make sure no water is running.
Turn off all lights inside and out.
Make sure all the windows are fully shut and locked.
Lock the back door knob.
Lock the digital deadbolt.
Dishes: please make sure all dishes are fully cleaned at time of checkout or at least in the dishwasher turned on.
Bedding & Towels: you can leave all dirty laundry in place, we will take care of it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
