We're back and better than ever following Hurricane Ian!

While the beach is as inviting as ever, please note that the Fort Myers Beach area is rebounding from Hurricane Ian and not all amenities are available yet. Construction and rebuilding is present on the island and moving fast. The current status of restaurants and other amenities on the island is in a state of change and island amenities may not be available or operating.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Water activities abound, with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, parasailing and other close by things to do.

Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

Luxurious in every sense, enjoy the private heated pool and spa overlooking the canal. Plenty of outdoor space on 3 levels to bask in our Florida sunshine. High ceilings and beautiful new furniture and bedding. The ground level features a large dining area with a large screen TV and seating area plus an additional half bath that's so convenient to the pool.

A beach cart, chairs, umbrella, cooler and pool towels are provided for your use as well as a gas grill. Our famous white sugar sand beach is only a 2 minute walk and you are also close to the Outrigger Tiki Bar, Charley's Boathouse Grill and the movie theater.

Other amenities this property includes are wifi, towels and linens, beach equipment, large grill and outdoor seating.Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.

Absolutely no dogs of any kind or other pets allowed.

No Spring Break Groups allowed except families! Quiet Hours from 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced. Minimum age requirement for at least two adults is 30, strictly enforced. Elevator not for guest use. Cameras exist facing the driveway and front door. Any stay longer than 14 days will require a mid-stay clean.

Great home!

The house was exceptional for our family. 9 of us in total including 3 under 4. House and pool was perfect for our group. Beach is literally a 5 minute walk even for the young ones. House appears new and well provisioned for a group our size. We enjoyed it very much!

The nicest, well maintained and most comfortable rental ever!

The amenities were fabulous. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Beds and chairs were perfect. AC adequately cooled all levels. Kitchen was perfect for our group of six. Excellent location for easy access to anything on the beach. We would DEFINITELY rent again.
