Close to the action but far from the noise. Check out this furnished Southside Flats beautiful 1BR hideaway. This apartment has been renovated with a new kitchen, granite countertops, new floors, fresh paint and beautiful furniture. The kitchen is stocked with plates, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, microwave and Keurig. There are two ceiling fans and a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a deep tub for soaking. Free street parking for up to 2 vehicles. Entire apartment permit parking available on the street (we have a permit you can use during your stay) No parties or events permitted! Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged

Cute little 1 bedroom

This was a perfect little one bedroom apartment for my wife and I to spend the weekend visiting our daughter at Pitt. The neighborhood was clean, safe and quiet, and the apartment was well kept and comfortable.

Little Gem

I seen this place being almost last minute booking for a 2024 Iron Maiden tour. It was close to alot of bars and good food.Very nice to park and just walk eventful learning experience ofPittsburgh . The locals are down to earth and seems safe place. Of i come back i will.look this place up again and stay there for sure .

It is very comfortable, clean and close proximity to restaurants and public transportation. Just make sure the access code is correct. We arrived late via train with spotty internet so did not know the first code did not work nor the second. Third was a charm and all went well from there. Would definitely stay there again.
