Close to the action but far from the noise. Check out this furnished Southside Flats beautiful 1BR hideaway. This apartment has been renovated with a new kitchen, granite countertops, new floors, fresh paint and beautiful furniture. The kitchen is stocked with plates, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, microwave and Keurig. There are two ceiling fans and a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a deep tub for soaking. Free street parking for up to 2 vehicles. Entire apartment permit parking available on the street (we have a permit you can use during your stay) No parties or events permitted! Perfect for short stay

Had all the necessities needed. We had an issue with the tv remote but owner was very responsive.

It is very comfortable, clean and close proximity to restaurants and public transportation. Just make sure the access code is correct. We arrived late via train with spotty internet so did not know the first code did not work nor the second. Third was a charm and all went well from there. Would definitely stay there again.
