Conveniently located only a few minutes away from most water based activities on Lake Annecy, the beaches at Talloires, the 42km Lake Annecy cycling path and the Lake Annecy Golf Club. Just a little further on are paragliding centres at the Col du Forclaz, the neighbouring communes of Menthon-Saint-Bernard and Veyrier-du-Lac, with central Annecy only 14km away.

You'll have a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping area with a bunk bed, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 terrace and 1 private parking space (the parking lot doesn't allow any other parking).

The cycle path and a bus stop are 100 metres from the house.

An ideal location for vacations with family or friends, just a few minutes drive from activities such as golf, paragliding, cycling, water sports, etc.

Shops are within walking distance, about 10 minutes.

We will provide the following items for the beginning of your stay: shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets.

Very close to the shores of Lake Annecy, you will be captivated by this beautiful modern apartment, tastefully furnished, offering an unobstructed view of the lake and the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, raclette machine and fondue set.

Each bed includes a duvet, duvet cover and pillows. Sheets, towels, household fabrics and end of stay cleaning will be included. This will all be added to the price of the stay.
