Lovely peaceful location with amazing views of the mountains

We spent a week in August at the house. The owner was very friendly and helpful and covered our bikes with plastic when it rained. The large terrace has amazing views. The house is spacious with a lovely indoor dining table with views also. We thought it was nicer than it looked from the photos. It is in a quiet part of the village near the top. We cycled down to the lake and it is only a five min ride down to the cycle path. It is up hill on the way back from the lake so would be challenging for young children (our 12 year old could do it with a couple of stops). Would recommend staying here for a relaxing holiday near the beautiful lake with incredible scenery!!

We enjoyed our stay. One bedroom was good but cluttered with hosts belongings, Second bedroom was poor, bed too small , too cluttered with hosts belongings, wardrobe was inaccessible, what was accessible only had two hangers, headroom inadequate and dangerous. Lamps didn’t work . Major issue NO BEDDING or zzz towels. We were informed of no linen on the day before we arrived when we were already in France. Kith hen freezer totally stocked with owners food. Would NOT recommend this properly

Leuk huis op prachtige lokatie. Mooi terras rondom het huis. Er staan veel persoonlijke bezittingen van de eigenaar in het huis. Ook zijn verschillende kasten niet toegankelijk en veel kasten staan vol. Wij hebben een prima tijd gehad, maar hadden meer het gevoel ergens te logeren te zijn dan dar we in een vakantiewoning zaten.

Fantastisch geweldige plek, huis en gastvrouw

We waren positief verrast over het huis en de omgeving. Het huisje is in werkelijkheid mooier en fijner dan de foto's uitbeelden. Er zijn 2 verdiepingen. Beneden een ruime volledig ingerichte keuken waar je zelf lekker kan koken omdat echt alles er is. Verder een gezellige woonkamer, aparte WC en de 1ste badkamer met bad. Boven zijn er 2 slaapkamers. Beide met 2-persoons bedden en een aparte badkamer met douche en een 2de wc. Het huisje heeft een L-vormig terras waar je op diverse plekken heerlijk rustig kunt zitten met een prachtig uitzicht. Het dorpje is gemoedelijk met vriendelijke mensen. Het meer is op de fiets <10 minuten te bereiken. Daar zijn strandjes en restaurants. Voorzieningen, zoals supermarkten, zijn goed te bereiken. Vanuit het huisje fiets je gemakkelijk naar de "groene fiets" route. Een apart aangelegd fietspad door de velden en langs het meer. Deze is alleen voor fietsers dus geen brommers, motoren of auto's in de buurt. Je fiets binnen 30 a 45 minuten naar Annecy. onderweg zijn er heerlijke plekken voor een koffie, iets te eten of op een strandje te gaan liggen. De gastvrouw is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom, dit verblijf is Echt een aanrader. Wij overwegen zelfs om er nog eens heen te gaan.

Un logement de vacances agréable

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison de vacances pendant quinze jours en juillet. La maison dispose d'une terrasse agréable et tranquille et il y a beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur. L'emplacement est idéal si vous aimez le calme et la tranquillité et si vous voulez explorer la région des lacs. Les vues sur les sommets des montagnes et les parapentes sont superbes, quel que soit le temps. De temps en temps, il peut pleuvoir abondamment. Mais lorsque le soleil brille le lendemain et que vous voyez et entendez des montgolfières voler le matin, vous oubliez le mauvais temps passé. Une boulangerie et d'autres commodités sont accessibles à vélo. Le seul inconvénient que nous avons rencontré est la largeur des lits. Seulement 140cm pour deux personnes, nous ne sommes pas habitués, mais nous avons trouvé une solution. ;-) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! On a passé une semaine très agréable.

Appartement à deux étages, très spacieux et bien équipé. La terrasse avec sa vue grandiose sur les montagnes est superbe. Die auf 2 Etagen verteilte Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Blick von der riesigen Terrasse auf die Berge ist wirklich toll.
