For rent in small residence, on the 1st floor, T4 of 80 m2, spacious and bright, in Doussard, charming village located on the banks of Lake Annecy. Refurbished apartment, contemporary decor and furnishings.
It comprises :
- A large living room with 127 cm TV + DVD / Blu-ray player, large balcony.
- Two bedrooms (1 bed 160 x 200 and 2 beds 190 x 90)
- A desk with a comfortable sofa bed for one person.
- A kitchen with dining area, including all the necessary equipment: induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ovens (classic and microwave), toaster, mixer, raclette maker, fondue maker , 2 coffee makers (filter and Nespresso capsules)

DOUSARD

Nice relaxing stay in the quite village. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. Close enough to the lake and adjacent villages to enjoy this very special area in full. The garage for storeage of bikes etc was a real bonus. Bike hire at K2 is a short distance....if you go electric no need for a car as there is little effort required and the bike path goes all around the lake.

Nice appartment in Doussard

Apartmán je pěkně zrekonstruovaný. Nachází se ve 2. podlaží bytovky, pár kroků naproti je stejný dům. Naše volba by to nebyla,ale z přiložené fotodokumentace není zřejmé, ve které budově se aparmán nachází. Zijeme ve velkém městě, tak vyhledáváme klid a soukromí. Naštěstí okolní hory jsou mnohem vyšší než domy, tak je na co se dívat. Je to pěkný pohled. Okolí domu je upravené, stejně tak celý Doussard. Na nákup je to pěšky pár minut.Jezero Annecy je krásné. Doporučujeme jezdit po pravém břehu (ve směru do Annecy). Je hezky vidět na jezero a klidnější provoz.V apartmánu je vše, co člověk potřebuje ke klidnému, pohodlnému strávení dovolené. Perfektní jsou oba balkony, zejména ten velký orientovaný na východ. Jediné negativum je značná průzvučnost stěn.Majitel sice v místě nežije, ale o apartmán se stará starší milá paní. Pan Boyard je velmi starostlivý majitel, má skutečně zájem, aby se hosté cítili v jeho nemovitosti dobře. Rychle a efektivně komunikuje. Dokonce byl ochotěn vzít na sebe neoprávněně zvýšenou provizi, kterou nám naúčtovalo VRBO. Dodnes jsme od VRBO neobdrželi ani vysvětlení, natož omluvu. V okolí Doussardu si nejvíce užijí cyklisté a paraglidisté. Okolí nabízí zajímavé výlety.

Nous avons passé une semaine à 4 dans l appartement. Il est très spacieux, très propre. Joliment décoré. Il est aussi très bien équipé. Avoir un garage disponible est un vrai plus ainsi que le fait que les draps et serviettes de toilettes font partie intégrante de la location, un Vrai gain de place pour nos valises. Nous recommandons sans hésitation ce logement.

Location idéale pour passer d'agréables vacances : appartement confortable, à quelques minutes à pied des commerces de proximité (boulangerie, épicerie, boucherie, charcuterie, presse...), proximité lac d'Annecy et randonnées nombreuses. Un petit conseil : prévoir 2 ou 3 chiliennes pour se délasser et profiter pleinement des 2 balcons situés sud-est.

Vi havde en skøn uge i en dejlig lejlighed i Doussard. Lejligheden indeholdt alle nødvendigheder for selv at lave mad, plads, rum til teenagebørn, to terrasser med udsigt til bjergene hvor morgenmad og aftensmad kunne nydes. Hyggelig lille by med indkøbsmuligheder og en kirke tæt på som fortæller tiden med kirkeklokken og understreger det idylliske. Ligger tæt på søen og akkompagneres af paraglidere som springer fra nærliggende bjerge og nærmest lander i ens baghave. Dejlig skøn uge ved Annecy-søen som har mange dejlige badesteder og lækkert, tempereret vand

Propriété dans un quartier très calme avec des voisins agréables et discrets. Immeuble d'un âge certain donc avec des problèmes d'isolation sonique compensés par des habitants discrets. Appartement moderne rénové avec gout et très bien équipé. Rien ne manque dans la cuisine. Avons apprécié le garage privé fermé et la proximité immédiate des commerces et activités du village.

Séjour d'une semaine avec ma compagne seulement. ( Bien évidement le logement dispose de plus de couchage ) L'appartement est fonctionnel et ne manque de rien, que ce soit au niveau des pièces de vie ou des sanitaires. Le logement est très bien situé dans le centre de doussard, mais prévoir tout de même un moyen de transport pour les visites et se rendre aux randonnées ! Très bon accueil et très bon séjour dans ce petit paradis visuel

Loved this apartment

Stayed over New Year, the lady that was letting us in was waiting for us and came out to wave us in the right direction. Showed us around made us feel very welcome. Apartment was clean , warm, well equipped. Garage was great for parking the car overnight. Owner helped with some info before hand , which was very kind. Village is a bit of a walk from the lake (which wasn’t a problem or expecting anything else). Small village few minutes away with grocery shop, butchers , bar. We would definitely return!

Supernette vakantiewoning met uitgebreide inventaris. Geen begane grond. Dus met trap bereikbaar.

Het vakantieappartement heeft veel voorzieningen. Is rustig gelegen. Winkels in directe omgeving. Het appartement was heel schoon. De omgeving is prachtig ok om te fietsen. Onder het appartement is een garage. Wij hebben de garage gebruikt voor de fietsen.

FeWo sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet, freundliche Betreuung vor Ort.

Die FeWo war mit allem Notwendigen aufs Beste ausgestattet, es fehlte an Nichts. Für unser Baby standen Hochstuhl und Kinderbett bereitet. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll, Info-Material und Lektüre lagen bereit, die Wohnlage war sehr ruhig, die Landschaft rundherum wunderschön, See und Badeanstalten gut erreichbar und für unseren "Paraglider" die Landewiese direkt nebenan. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, nicht zuletzt auch wegen der schönen FeWo.

Schöne Unterkunft für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, im guten Zustand und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort mit einem schönen Blick auf die Berge und die bunten Gleitschirmflieger, die bei gutem Wetter unterwegs sind. Der Strand ist nur einige Minuten entfernt und der Anschluss an die umliegenden Orte ist sehr gut. Direkt im Ort, nur einige Meter entfernt, gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Lovely, modern and very clean appartment with plenty of room for 4 people. Owners very helpful

No air con so fans were needed due to very humid weather, this was rectified straight away by Jean whom provided a fan. Lovely village with essential shops located near by however the lake was further away than I expected. The apartment had everything amenity wise including iron and hairdryer and was very comfortable and very clean. The lovely Maria is helpful and chatty although my broken French and her non English convo was challenging. Thank you again for a lovely stay in your property was definitely recommend to anyone
