Beautiful flat in a great location

We had a fantastic week in this lovely apartment. It is well equipped and the balcony and garden are perfect for eating outside. It is close to lake Annecy and also to supermarkets so is very convenient. Overall an excellent stay.

Beautiful house a few kilometres from the lake

The house is new, clean, complete and very nice to live in. We spend most of our mornings having breakfast on the balcony. The lake is not far, you can take the car or bicycle and park near the beach. The house is not far from the main road.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Apartment

Wir hatten auf unserer Urlaubsrundreise insgesamt vier Apartments. Von diesen Vieren war dieses das, mit den besten Schlafzimmer und Betten. Der Wohn und Essbereich bietete viel Platz und es war ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Leider hatten wir in der Küche vor allem nachts mit Ameisen zu tun. Es war aber auszuhalten. Man muss halt nach dem Abendessen in der Küche gut aufräumen und keine Krümel herumliegen lassen. Ich bat die Vermieterin, dem Problem nach unserer Abreise nachzugehen. Vermutlich wird sich da aber erst nach der Saison drum gekümmert werden können, da die Ameise hinter der Küche hervorkommen. Daher vielleicht Ameisenfallen direkt mit einpacken, dann ist das auch kein Problem mehr. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es dort jede Menge, man muss aber jede Menge Fahrzeit einplanen. Über Annecy können sich starke Rückstaus entwickeln und in die andere Richtung werden Abends auch gleich einmal die Straße in den Orten für Festlichkeiten gesperrt. Wir haben daher von Chamonix (Mont Blanc) drei Stunden für den Rückweg gebraucht.

Très agréable gite

Le gite est à la fois très fonctionnel, et très agréablement meublé ,et décoré avec soin ;les pièces sont grandes,l'isolation phonique est très bonne, même si on n'est pas loin de la route,aucun bruit à l'intérieur. Accueil et disponibilité étaient parfaits et nous ont permis de passer un très bon(hélas trop court..) séjour. Plusieurs grandes surfaces disponibles à 5 minutes de voiture pour les courses.

Tres beau chalet, bien agence, bien meuble, tres bien chauffe et confortable. Au calme, en bordure de montagne. A moins d’1h de voiture des stations de Megeve et La Clusaz. A recommander sans hésitation.

Le gîte est très spacieux, avec tout l'équipement que l'on peut espérer. Toutes les pièces de la maison sont grandes et décorées avec goût. Le petit jardin est suffisamment grand pour manger dehors. Patricia et Christian nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Apartamento espacioso, cómodo y muy limpio

Estuvimos 3 noches en el apartamento, y éramos 4 adultos, 1 niño y un bebé. El apartamento, aunque no está expresamente preparado para niños, era muy cómodo: todo nuevo, muy limpio y con mucho espacio. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada, y el comedor es especialmente amplio, lo que fué muy cómodo para poder entretener a los niños por las tardes. Además, a 50 metros de la casa había un campo con dos vacas, lo que hizo las delicias de los más pequeños. La familia es muy amable, nos dejaron una cama portátil para el bebé, una trona para la mesa y una bañera portátil (en el apartamento hay dos duchas, pero ninguna bañera). Estuvimos 4 días haciendo turismo por la región. Visitamos las cascadas y la gruta de Seythenex (a 10 minutos de la casa), la estación de sky de Le Semnoz (a 25 min), que tiene un tobogán muy divertido (atención: está completamente prohibido que suban los menores de 3 años, y no hay nada alternativo para que se entretengan mientrastanto), las Gorges du Fier (a 25 min), muy recomendables y, por supuesto, Annecy-le-Vieux. Annecy nos gustó tanto que en vez de pasar un día como teníamos planeado, volvimos la tarde siguiente a comer un picnic y pasar la tarde paseando por el lago. Recomiendo el apartamento tanto a familias como a grupos de amigos que quieran visitar la región, aunque no está especialmente cerca de Annecy. El primer día nos hizo ilusión bordear el lago, pero al final estos 15 minutos extra se hacían un poco pesados.
