Noël en Hte Savoie

Nous avons profité de ce gîte très spacieux pour accueillir nos enfants et petits enfants pour les fêtes de Noël. Nous etions 7 permanents et 10 au moment des repas sans compter les 2 derniers bébés de la famille.Le logement est très bien conçu de sorte quon a pu y évoluer sans se bousculer.Il y a un excellent système de chauffage par le sol et une ventilation professionelle très efficace. La zone commerciale de Faverges est à 5mn de voiture, l'arrêt de bus de la ligne Ugine Annecy à 500 m.Au pied des sentiers de randonnée vers Doussard, le col de la Forclaz, Montmin..un grand parking au pied de la maison permet un stationnement facile.La piste cyclable pour Annecy est à 200 m.On bénéficie d'un accès au cadre nagurel sans se trouver piégé par la circulation autour du Lac.Le massif de la Sambuy tout proche permet des randonnees à skis ou raquettes sans faire beucoup de voiture.Et de même pour l'accès au col de l'épine au dessus de Marlens tout proche de nombreux spots de montagne..tagne.montmain

What a great find!

This is an absolute gem of a property, tucked away in an unspoilt, quiet village, only a few mins drive from the edge of Lake Annecy. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable & has everything you need for a most enjoyable stay. It includes an outside area, adjacent to the property for BBQs, sunbathing & playing badminton or boules. The owner is charming & helpful. We highly recommend this property & would love to return again in the future.

Points positifs : Le logement est fonctionnel, bien équipé avec une literie de qualité. Bon état général. Piste cyclable à proximité. Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans l’appartement La Belle Étoile et nous n’avons pas été déçus. L’appartement refait à neuf par le propriétaire lui même est juste sublime. Nous étions 8 et nous nous sommes jamais sentis à l’etroit : 2 chambres avec salle de bain, 1 chambre à l étage + mezzanine, une 3ème salle de bains et 2 wc. La cuisine est très bien équipée, rien ne manque : vaisselle en quantité, dosettes de café, thé, et même jus de fruit + vin pour pouvoir découvrir les produits de la région. L’appartement est fonctionnel, les matériaux utilisés sont de qualité. Tout est bien pensé : brochures pour visiter la région, mise à disposition de chaise haute / lit bébé (sans surcoût), velux électriques, jeux de société. De plus, la propreté est irréprochable. La résidence est à 10 min du lac, ce qui est parfait pour profiter des restaurants et de toutes les activités nautiques. Le propriétaire est accueillant, à l’écoute, de bons conseils et soucieux du bon déroulement du séjour. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable Nous y retournerons sans hésiter Je recommande donc les yeux fermés cet etablissement

We were a big family of 8 and it worked out perfect for us to stay at this wonderful, fully equipped flat for four nights during Easter. Absolutely gorgeous place to stay in and the owners were very friendly and helpful. It is near to shopping marts and also close to Annecy sight seeing areas. The views all around the flat is beautiful!!! Each bedroom with enough wardrobes, towels and everything you might need for over night stays. Kitchen fully equipped and all amenities in best condition for use. Would highly recommend and would want to come here again and again!!!

Nous avons passés une super semaine à La Belle étoile...rien ne manque dans cet appartement et en plus il y a tout le petit nécessaire vital...(.sel...poivre...épices....alu...sopalin...tout y est...set de nettoyage vaisselle et sol....) ce qui est très rare en général...et l 'accueil se fait très simplement avec tout le naturel des propriétaires... et toutes les activités sont à portée de main...pour les petits ou pour les grands... Merci de votre accueil....
