Magnificent Savoyard house on the shore of Lake Annecy, 2 minutes from the beach

Enjoy Lake Annecy with family or friends in this large typical house from 1890, renovated in 2013.
At the foot of the mountains, 2 minutes from the beach, come and experience a stay in an exceptional setting.
This large house has 4 bedrooms: Three bedrooms with double beds and a room reserved for children with a double bed and a raised single bed (with ladder). Each of the rooms has a balcony and some have direct access to the terrace.
A pleasant TV lounge under the roof offers 2 additional beds thanks to its convertible sofa.
To fill the whole family, 2 modern bathrooms equipped with a washing machine and a dryer are present.
A large kitchen with adjoining dining room offers you all the necessary equipment: Modern electric oven, gas hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and above all all the dishes, pots, dishes, all cutlery and kitchen tools to accommodate a large family.
The exterior frames everything perfectly with a garden furniture, a barbecue on the terrace, sun loungers, a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains, but also with a shaded and greener corner behind the house.
Finally, 3 parking spaces are reserved for you in front of the house.
The house is located in a very calm dead end with neighbors around: Nighttime noise, reprehensible before the law and liable to severe fines, is not possible after 10 p.m. ... We are counting on you.

Clean and fully equipped

Stayed there with 10 people. One of us slept on the sofa bed. The house was clean, the host was easily reachable and the kitchen was fully equipped, including fondue and raclette machines. The house is just next to the lake. Would stay again.

Great location

This property was fantastic for our needs. It's larger than it looks online and has fantastic views of the lake from most of the windows and those that don't, have great views of the mountains. The wi-fi was good which meant the younger members could be on-line without any fuss. The rooms were all of a good size and the outside space was more than adequate. As advertised, it is indeed a short walk to a nice little beach area with easy access to the lake. We would stay there again.

The house met our needs for the week (great location with nearby food and fun activities). You should expect to receive a supplemental contract, and expect a hefty cash deposit to be paid to a local house manager. House is barebones as far as trash bags, soap, etc - don't expect any. If you pay for towels/sheets, expect a single bath towel per person. The area offers plenty to do for all - from hiking to paragliding to time at the nearby beach, and this house is a great home base for large groups.

Comfortable retreat with lots of space.

We had a little trouble with check in, having to wait for the manager to meet us, thankfully we had a native French speaker who could phone them to organise. The house itself was very roomy, the kitchen was well supplied with appliances and utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. The washing machine and dryer was a bonus. The fireplace kept everything roasting warm and the radiators were very effective also. Lots of different spaces to retreat to. One small comment was that we paid €16 per person for linen, which were just mismatched sets that were placed in one bedroom, so this caused some confusion at the start. Otherwise we had a lovely stay, location was great, easy to catch the bus to Annecy to avoid parking. We would love to come back some time in the summer. Thank you.

Ein schönes Haus mit eigenem Charakter und Charme in super Lage mit Blick auf den See. Die KĂŒche war neuwertig und sehr gut ausgestattet, die Matratzen hervorragend und die Terrasse und der Garten sehr schön, auch fĂŒr Kinder. Es gibt auch viele Spielsachen und BĂŒcher fĂŒr Kinder. (Französisch)Leider war es nicht so sauber. Das Geschirr war nicht gut gespĂŒlt, in den BĂ€dern gab es Spinnweben und die Zimmer waren teilweise etwas staubig und nicht gut geputzt. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft fĂŒr Familien mit perfekter Lage fĂŒr AusflĂŒge ans Wasser, mit dem Fahrrad und in die Berge, die allerdings etwas mehr gepflegt werden könnte.

Emplacement idĂ©al, proche du lac, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. MĂȘme nombreux, chacun Ă  trouver son espace (sauf dans les toilettes du bas qui sont petits pour les longues jambes). Deux d’entre nous auraient apprĂ©ciĂ©s la tĂ©lĂ© en bas. TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour !

Idealement situĂ©e, la maison est grande et parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e. Nous avons aimĂ© son caractĂšre et son esprit maison de famille. Propreté à revoir et matériel intérieur et extérieur à changer d urgence. Les photos ne reflÚte pas la jeunesse de la rénovation. Chaises de cuisine en bois qui n ont plus de peinture.
