Decevant

Un logement vieillissant et inadapté pour 6/8 personnes. Il manque des couverts, plats, assiettes… La propreté est insuffisante et l’ensemble du chalet se dégrade. Nous sommes arrives dans un logment yres bien situé mais loin des prestations attebdues. Pas de serveittes de toulettes en quantité suffisante, pas de drap housse dans le lit, un four dans un etat lamentable!!! Le propriétaire est à l’écoute mais au vu de sa conciergerie mediocre nous propose de faire les courses (draps, serviettes et ustensiles) en nous remboursant… Decevant et dommage au vu de l’emplacement et de l’annonce!!!

Beautiful place on outskirts of Lake Annecy

Property clean, spacious, well-stocked with beautiful views. Close to hiking trails, paragliding, restaurants half mile drive or half hour hike. Sheep and cattle all around / loved the bells! Basement had pool table and foozball to play at night or rainy day. Porches up and down to enjoy views. Full size fridge - modern ovens, stovetop and multiple coffee machines. Grill and fire pit. Was perfect for our family trip of 7 adults! Host were very friendly and quick to respond to communication! Loved!!

Le séjour était trés agréable, le chalet trés joli et trés comfortable. Le propriétaire disponible et a l"écoute. Et la nature aux alentours est magnifique. Je recommande, c'est un super endroit.

Chalet avec un énorme potentiel mais qui demande à être mieux entretenu et mieux équipé

Propreté : du tartre au fond des 2 cuvettes des toilettes, des minons sous les lits. Equipement : pas de four micro-onde, pas assez de bols, de mugs et de verres, manque de planche à découpé et de sous-de-plats, pas assez de tout pour un logement annoncé pour 8 personnes. Il est indiqué que les 4 chambres sont équipées de lits de 2m x 2m, alors que 3 chambres ont des lits de 1,4m x 1,9m, et la 4ème 1,6m x 2m. Dommage parce que nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de ce chalet, sa surface et sa déco.

Chalet typique des alpages, bien aménagé. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants et nous avions un espace de vie sympathique. Balcon ensoleillé très agréable
